This is not just a fluke, it is corporate policy, so beware if you are renting long-term from Storquest... you have no idea and no control over what your rate will be in month 5 and beyond.

When I moved out he was so kind and generous as well. Access to the area was always very easy, the units are cleaner than you'd ever expect from a self storage facility and the prices are extremely reasonable. We had an indoor non-climate controlled unit but the units are built so well I would have guessed it was actually climate controlled. They have also put our account on hold multiple times for being 30 days late because of the amount due, but we have a ton of projects going at the same time and they treat them like one home. I have had to call the corporate office a dozen times in the past 2 months to get them to pick up a full dumpster because the local office put us on hold.
