I recently had a really good experience with Kings Valley storage. I needed storage because my…read morehouse had sold and I didn't know my final move destination yet. Kings Valley storage is located in the neighborhood that I was moving from, so they were my first choice and their prices were better than any of the other competitors down in the city. They only had two 5 by 10 units available instead of a larger unit that I requested. I signed the agreement to rent the two units, but a week later (before moving my things into the units) I called and expressed my concern on the size not being enough & was asking about renting a third small unit to fit everything. They didn't have any other units available at that moment and the discussion might have ended there if they hadn't taken the time to follow up when a larger unit was suddenly opening up a few days later. I was able to secure the larger 10 by 20 unit which turned out to be more than enough room for my things (approximately 50 boxes and about a dozen pieces of furniture. The moving truck was able to easily pull into the location, no problem, and the unit itself was immaculate. I feel great about storing my possessions at Kings Valley Storage and am pleased with the whole experience. Their customer service is beyond exceptional! They are great communicators with excellent follow-up skills!

Elite is a first-rate storage facility, ESPECIALLY since Sondra and Marvin have assumed management…read more- they are seasoned pros in the storage/moving business, and have many years of experience in the field. They know how to run things properly, with astute attention to detail, legality, and due diligence - but they also bring understanding, heart and compassion to their business dealings. They relate to their customers as real people, with their own unique cares and concerns - and in context with the services they're providing, as clients who are often feeling stressed and under duress. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The whole facility is clean, modern and very well maintained. Well worth the drive from Boulder to store our stuff. Prices are comparable to other storage facilities with far inferior services and staff. Elite Storage really raises the bar for storage places, in my opinion. I'm afraid if I ever move I'll be disappointed with anyplace else I have to use.

September 2020: I'm well into my senior years and Denver Door to Door movers took great care of me and my stuff. It all started with the pleasant professional voice when I first called. I called several companies for quotes and this was the only one that asked questions and answered mine. Two men and a truck showed up on time and moved us within the estimated time. They were very careful with our antiques, nothing was damaged including our stuff nor either apartment. I highly recommend them.

Upon re-entering the storage unit at a later date, we found so many things broken, scratched and dented. They were completely careless with our things. In fact, instead of throwing away their energy drink cans, they stuffed them behind our furniture in the unit. We did our best to work with management in a professional and reasonable manner, providing evidence and only got ignored. Satisfaction IS NOT GUARANTEED. I am left with a loss. Stay clear and choose someone else.

This is my first time using a moving company and do not think I would utilize this company again…read more First off, they didn't tell me the full pricing structure of the initial call. Secondly, the movers damaged my neighbors property as well as damages in the walls of my home. Thirdly, they called me and asked me if I wanted a third person to assist as having a third person would help and be cheaper. The third person (no offense to anyone) didn't speak English so I couldn't communicate with her where I wanted to put stuff and was not capable of moving heavy items. Because of this, me and my partner helped with moving our own stuff when we were also paying all of them. Overall, not entirely sure if it was worth it.
