They will not honor their quoted prices…read more I was given a quote for my unit of $99/month. Less than 2 months after I began renting I was informed that the price would be raised to $138/month, an increase of 40%. I asked them what could've possibly changed in 6.5 weeks to justify an increase of 40% and they couldn't said that every now a d then they perform a "unit audit" and determined that this is just the price now. Makes me think that $99/month was just a teaser rate to win my business before they jack the price to what they actually want to charge, because how on earth could a $99 rate be fair 2 months ago, but suddenly be so out-of-line that they need a 40% increase. I asked for it to be lowered cause it was in bad taste to refuse to honor their quote in such a short time period. They refused. I left a review here to inform others and suddenly they realized that maybe they shouldn't jack their prices by that much so quickly and returned my rate to $99/month. They asked me to "help them out with some reviews left online." Since they returned my rate I agreed and deleted the review. It's now 5 weeks later and they have once again jacked my rate, this time by a smaller amount, only to $109 (10% increase). A 10% increase is still pretty unreasonable seeing as it's only been just over 3 months since I first became a customer. Given the context they gave me with the "unit audit" to justify their rate increase, the fact that this increase is significantly lower tells me that this time around it wasn't some BS methodology, but a conscious decision to push the price the price closer to what they really want but in a manner someone will grudgingly allow. In other words, their methodology for determining the rate increase isn't actually from a unit audit, but rather is just "whatever this customer will let slide." Poor business practices. Honor your quoted prices. If you want to charge more, quote more. And if you need to increase the rate, think about how reasonable the increase is given the amount of time that has passed.

This type of company exists to make your life easy and they do exactly that. Easy online scheduling where I can select my dealership and a date and within a couple clicks everything is set. They've always been on time with great communication. This week I had a change in my schedule and reached out to see if they could deliver a day early. There sits showed no availability for that day. But I got a quick email reply from the GM, Ryan, saying he would be happy to adjust the delivery date. They just make it so easy and I am grateful to encounter good service. Highly recommend!

Apparently, back in June, they had an issue with picking up my tires from Discount. There was no response after my message to try and pick them up again. They just went silent. I had to call discount to get confirmation that "someone had picked up my tires." And after I expressed disappointment with their lack of communication and customer service here, they've said nothing. Don't make the same expensive mistake I did by trusting them.

We contacted Colorado Cleanup Coalition to move and clean a 1630 sq ft home + basement and garage…read more The job required removal of all donated items (furniture and household items), removal of items going to the dump and clean the entire home. Colorado Cleanup Coalition provided a fair bid with a project start/end date and time. The schedule was aggressive and frankly, we had some doubt the work could be completed in the estimated timeframe. Any doubt was alleviated within the first half hour of the job. This was a 2-man effort that was well organized and very efficient. Not only was the work completed in the promised time, the team was courteous, professional and did an excellent job. We would definitely hire this company again as well as recommend to others.

In my opinion, Galt got my business by over promising....and when pressed on a noticed discrepancy,…read moreacted in an incredibly unprofessional way I have not seen in quite some time. I would like to say however that Rachel at Galt was spectacular. I give her 5 stars. Mike (who I believe is the owner is a real jerk). Moving is stressful. Moving is expensive. When I called Galt I was blown away by how great and accommodating they were. How inexpensive they seemed to be....UNITIL THE MORNING I WAS MOVING. I called and got Mike on the phone-I believe he is the owner. I called to let them know that I would need help with a touch of packing because I couldn't get through it all. I also wanted to confirm pricing. He stated that a 6 man team with two truck would be there all day. I said, huh, thats not what we had discussed. I referenced the conversation I had remembered. At this point I started asking more questions, as this was starting to feel like these guys had way underquoted to get the job and it would end up being SUBSTANTIALLY more than originally promised. I began asking clarifying questions about charges to which Mike became defensive, aggravated and annoyed--completely different guy then I had booked the job with.....and responded, "Ma'am, Im staring to feel uncomfortable about this"...given the fact that I was under the gun to move as my home was being sold, this comment upset me....Like, what, is this guy about to cancel on me same day?! He then got aggravated, started making countless references to canceling the job--That I was misremembering what was said. That perhaps we should "go our separate ways." I was obviously upset. I was simply asking for clarification on charges and all the sudden my move is being cancelled?! Mike then "politely" informed me that he would send a crew so long as I "paid with certified funds. Cash or cashier's check" I said, what? is this customary. Do you require "certified funds" from all your customers? He said, "no, just our combative customers." Jaw on the floor. was he serious? I ended up getting same day move with "all my sons." they were up front with pricing as well as incredibly accommodating.
