It was super easy to schedule & reschedule (which we had to 3 times) on their website. The crew arrived early (very rare) after calling first, assessed the job and gave us a reasonable quote, way less than others. The crew easily loaded up, helped with the chaos and were quite personable. I can't speak to other's experiences but ours was great and we'll use them again if needed. As for as pricing, they do look over the job and provide an on the spot estimate so you can reject it and send them on their way. The only suggestion is it wasn't clear (or maybe I was just distracted with our moving schedule) that you should call and specify (as much as you can) the type and approximate amount of items. I had some potentially chemical items so I called ahead and they did an initial assessment and estimate over the phone so we were pleasantly surprised with the cost.
