Good Stuff: reserving storage space was very easy and was available for me on a moment's notice. My move-out date was also very flexible. The building is well-lit, has many cameras, and seems safe and in good condition. What could be better: I'd prefer longer hours to access my space. 9-6 doesn't really work for me on days I work. I got my 5 x 5 Storage a couple of months ago I really love it is very spacious. I have never gotten a storage before so I was a little unsure of which one to get Clarissa was very helpful when I went in and got the Storage other staff was great too, Clarissa was very helpful in letting me know how to access through the app Which is really easy and I love to open the door that way. Clarissa was also very helpful when I was having trouble getting a box out of my car. I am glad that I am using Public Storage in Parker at 15000 West Parker Rd. read more

We needed a smaller unit to store items before transitioning back to our home. This was the best price I could find for smaller 10x5 unit, $97 month. I couldn't get anyone to answer phone but a drive by there was no problem. Louie was very helpful and informative of the fees and closing unit policy, suggesting doing it by the end of a current month to avoid whole next month charge. The unit is not climate controlled but it's inside a building making the temp reasonable with whatever your storing. Be aware of first time fees for keys and activation of account, around $50. Overall good place and price being what we needed. read more

Do not use Public Storage. Their staff is never on site, won't return phone calls and their terms and conditions are egregious for cancelling your subscription. I was originally signed up for ~$35/m and now it's $150/m. I don't live in the area and they say I have to be in person to close out my account even though there's nothing in my unit. They require a locksmith AND ME be there even though I live very far away. It's a trap and once they have your business, they abuse you as a customer. read more

This review is not on the facility as it is clean & well lit. Just got our new rental rate & while last year was a 10% increase, this year is closer to a 25% increase. I understand annual increases but this seems excessive and as customer service pointed out there is no minimum or maximum increase set forth in the contract. read more

This storage facility is very nice - clean, safe, secure, and the office staff is helpful and for me went above and beyond in solid and caring service. Both Anthony and Gretchen are highly professional, efficient, and always provided excelent communication and helpful solutions for me. The prices increased significantly in two years which is frustrating, however I imagine this is a industry-wide issue that negatively impacts all renters. read more

I have never used a storage place but I went online to book. They had specials offered but could not reach anyone. So we stopped by the one locacated on cr13 and singing Hills close to Elizabeth. They rented a unit to us, told us they could not honor the online sale price but if we called Shannon at their number (call number that they gave us) that they would honor it and take care of the situation. Needless to say, nobody can be reached at any number given or listed on their agreement. I have left messages, sent emails with NO REPLIES!! DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE PLACE! I called the customer service and they said to fill out the agreement online for a faster service. Don't waste your time with the on line reservations or calling in for a reservation. I called and reserved a unit. This guy was super helpful, I received a confirmation and a move in date. So I showed up the next day to sign the contract and low and behold they rented it out from under me. I even spoke to them that morning that I was coming in and what time! All they gave me for an excuse is that another person wanted a different unit and was in before me so they gave mine it to them. read more

I needed to transfer my 10x30' storage unit from another state to a facility near my new home in Elizabeth. I called and spoke with Michelle about the possibility of renting a space that large with such short notice. She was very accommodating even when I had unforeseen scheduling issues. After an exhausting drive I needed to complete the paperwork before I could start unloading... Michelle was ready for me and made the whole process effortless. My storage unit was clean and in a perfect location for easy unloading of my uhaul. horrible customer service!!! the manager who works here threatened to kick us out when moving in bc we had a table set up while we were organizing and told us our table had two be inside the unit while we were outside and the only renters on site. Then the code would work and cost us three hours from being able to enter. We called his emergency number and he never picked up until he arrived at 9AM. then never apologized. Gate code quit working again and when asking if everything was alright he hung up on us. WHO DOES THIS? to paying customers of several units. Unbelievable And the outside door are never locked and anyone can enter at any hour and there are no cameras inside. read more
