Not only have, they raised the price without giving me a month notice like their policy states which I have proof of this, but not once since I have rented this unit, have I been able to contact a single person to get help for literally anything I understand a self storage, but there is still some manners that require administrative help to make sure things are going through and not once have they ever answered that God forsaken Phone this is by far the worst location I've ever had to work with, and I am glad that I have canceled my fucking unit but even now as I have my move out scheduled, I've done everything they've asked but at the last thing I cannot get is confirmation that my unit is done. I want nothing to do with this company and still, they will not answer the damn phone so that I can get this confirmation. Save yourself. The trouble do not rent with this location because there is not a single person that will answer a damn phone, no matter what time you call no matter how early or late or in the middle of the day you call there's never a single person here they never follow their hours of operation and I am sick of trying to find somebody. I've done my steps and if they charge me for one more goddamn day, I will flag them for fraud I hope this company rots in hell. read more

Going in I knew they would raise my rent but I under estimated how aggressive they are. 20% increases every couple months without notice. You will be paying double in a year. Go to Coronado storage down the road or any independently operated storage facility. I will say staff here has always been super nice. read more

Honestly my experience was fantastic. I didn't see anything like some of the negative reviews mention. The staff was friendly, I got a really good deal on a big unit, and they didn't demand I buy one of their locks like other companies do. They just handed me the keys when everything was done and signed. I was able to move out - same day - thanks to them. I give them high recommendations. read more

I've had to make some changes to my opinion of this storage company. I was very explicit about what my business required before I began renting here and thought this place would be a great long term location. About a year from when we began renting a new manager came in and we quickly found that we could no longer use our spaces as we had been. Meagan did make some accommodations. However upon calling the District Manager Jeff I found that we would not be permitted to use those accommodations either. We left the last storage place because the rules kept changing. Looks like the same problem here. My Old 5 Star Review: I've had some hiccups here.. But that happens everywhere. The staff is friendly, very good at communicating and always goes the extra mile to take care of me. The location is excellent for my business and the storage buildings are in fair condition. Leianne was friendly, prompt with our appointment and knowledgeable about availability and prices for her storage units. She offered the best price for storage units in the area. I would highly recommend renting a unit with her. The grounds and office were clean and maintained. read more

Hoping never to utilize this business after this month. First of all they advertise 1st month $1 but they fail to mention a bunch of other fees do apply. Then my rent has gone up almost $100 in a couple of years. Employees are friendly and enough that would be the only reason they even got 1 star. Wouldn't recommend even to my worst enemy. I dreaded having to put my stuff in storage. Not a single box could I lose to thief or whatever. The manager, Leiann was totally reassuring as to how secure the property is and I was quickly satisfied that all would be okay. The property is clean and well managed. First time using a storage facility and the process couldn't have been smoother. Rachel, the new property manager, was very knowledgable and great to work with. I was in, leased and back out the door within 10-15 minutes. I received a courtesy call a few days later to make sure all my needs were met and if I had any questions. Wow. Can't believe coming in to rent a storage unit can be such a friggin inconvenience to the employee that is on site to do just that. I had made an online reservation, spoke to a rep who assured me that the unit would fit my needs (I needed a door wide enough to fit a pallette, but actually only needed a small unit). I was told it'd be no problem.... but when I showed up the rude employee, who you could tell was dying to go on their crack break, I was treated with disdain. I was then shown a unit that was EXACTLY what I didn't want and when I told her this, she seemed to not give a crap. I reached out to P.S. online to voice my complaint and got a lame canned email reply. They wasted my time. There are 400 storage options in that area, they should be polite at the very least. Always great. I see that the manager is still having to ask for reviews which is a little annoying but I know it's not her fault. I don't know if my multiple reviews actually help, but at least I'm trying to help out. I heard someone complaining about pinscher bugs in their unit, but I don't have any problems with that. read more

I love this facility! Ric was awesome and helped me in every way! He was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions so easily.
