I'm pretty surprised to see the negative reviews here (though it's true the office isn't always easy to get in contact with), but hey, more for me! Notable perks I didn't get when I was at my previous 2 storage units: -24/7 access (this does cost extra but totally worth it to me) -Forklift driver on staff who is very nice and helpful -Free carts and pallet jacks to use. Most of the pallet jacks are broken, but some aren't and they're free so... -Climate controlled, indoor space so you and your stuff won't freeze -They'll send and receive packages for tenants -Drive-in ramp for the public area and truck docks for commercial side -Free Wifi, though it's not always available inside the metal units / far from the office I'm not knocking public storage - they were nice and straightforward, but I'm also really glad I moved to DSS.

I recently moved to Denver for Hawaii (as I am sure you well know by now if you have read any one…read moreof my last 5 reviews). The entire process would have been infinitely more difficult if not for the kind, friendly staff of DTC Self Storage. When I knew for sure that I would be leaving for Denver, I took a week or so in May to visit the city and check out various self storage places. Few were as accommodating as DTC Self Storage. I was able to sign the paper work in May and start shipping items to the location in September! I believe the price at that time was around $70 a month for a 10x10. This business was kind enough to not only allow me to ship my items directly to their facilities, but they personally placed everything neatly and orderly into the unit that I reserved. I was even able to order large items from Amazon and Newegg and ship them directly there! Made taking advantage of those black Friday deals a snap. Also, they will allow you to use their delivery truck to get your stuff to where you are moving. I, alas, did not need to take advantage of this (see my review for Seven Brothers Moving), but it was nice to know I could have. A 5-star review does not even begin to express the amount of gratitude I feel for DTC Self Storage. Even as I write this, I am half way tempted to have pizza delivered to them right now. Many, many thanks for making my move that much less hectic. 5 stars - highly recommend "S"

Each and every employee is very friendly and efficient. Chris has been exceptional to work with. Prices here are far better than the surrounding storage facilities (especially now under new management).
