Part of this is my fault for not having a card but read on to find out that Mango could do anything to refund my return. I tried to return an outfit I did not end up using the next day I purchased it. As soon as I told the cashier that I paid with Apple Pay, he was quick to say they would require my physical card to refund the money. I didn't have one. He tried it anyway, was pressing all these buttons on his device, and said sorry it's not going through. He asked his manager, and confirmed what he already told me. After a 2nd failed attempt, he blamed it on their system being outdated and not capable of handling that type of transaction. In 2026?? At a high end store?? It's a standard Apple Pay return! Here's the thing, I've returned something with Apple Pay in the past successfully! I didn't want to argue, but it was rediculous. Will replace my card, the stuff is going back.
