    This is the top I want to return. I have two of the same cops. What am I gonna do with that?

    My first experience was good, but as I go, the experience seem to decline. About a week and a half ago I went there wanted to purchase an item that was on sale, but I needed a bigger size and I asked the sales person to check online, before completing the purchase, he looked online. And said they was out of stock. They didn't have anymore ,when I looked on his phone. they did have them in stock. So I got home I checked and they did have them online in stock. I went yesterday to return a shirt that they only had an extra large in the store and I had ordered a large to see which one fit better ; I was told they didn't have no more as well. But they did I don't know if they trying to make a sale or employees. Some of them just liars... they gonna tell me it's outside the 30 day window to return the shirt that I ordered online because it's shipped out March 21 and when I called the line the store experience people , they trying to tell me about the 30 day policy. When you order online 30 days should start from when you get the item .. They are saying it start from when they ship the item .. that is not true They created the label on the 21st at 10 at night and it shows you on my tracking information. I looked at UPS tracking they created the label March 21 the shirt didn't ship until March 22 . I went to the Brea Mall Express and I was told my items were outside the 30 days by one day they couldn't return the item back. I think that is unfair and that policy need to change. Even the people with the store experience the number you call (they was no help. Neither a bunch of liars ,) I asked for supervisor, all of them is supposed to be supervisors. are they just doing say what they want just like some of the people in the store, not all. you do better shopping at TJ Maxx at least you have 60 days at least the employees. The managers will take stuff back after 60 days with the tags on it and have not been worn. The value is not what it used to be . So in the picture, you see the UPS tracking they said the label was created on March 21 and it also said UPS didn't have it yet. You see on March 22 when UPS had it but you can see it was other issues why it was in transitioning to get to me

    Even though I don't fit most of the clothes they sell, they get major points for customer service. With only what seemed like a couple employees there, they went far above and beyond when asked about looking up our Express Credit Card to see if it was still active. Not only did they let us know it was still active, but they called and ordered us a replacement card! Then proceeded to tell us we could still shop that day and charge to the card. May seem like a little thing, but most places would just say 'call the 800 number on the back of the card'. They didn't - so thank you.

    Came here for some pants, within the first 5 minutes of walking in, we were approached by at least 5 different employees who all asked us if we needed any help or assistance with...that's nice and all, but we just walked in and were simply browsing. Give us some space to look around first or at least make eye contact with you to indicate we need assistance. The employees continued to repeatedly check in with us as we were browsing for clothes for the remainder of our time there. It got really annoying. They need to be able to read people better. What's even more annoying, though, is that when we did ask for assistance, they weren't able to help us and needed to ask amongst one another to answer it...it wasn't even a hard question! It was simply, "What's the smallest size these pants run in?" Anyway, we ended up just figuring it out on our own. ...came back a few days later to do an exchange on one of the pairs the pants we bought. We bought two pairs the other day -- there was a mix and match buy one, get another pair 50% deal going on for the pants when we bought it. The sale was still going on when we came back to exchange the pants. When we picked new pants to change for the pair we purchased and got up to the register to do the exchange, the girl at the register said that we had a balance due for the exchange... we asked her why and she tried to explain to us that because we purchased the 2 pairs of pants under the buy one get one 50% off deal, in order to exchange the 1 pair of pants, we had to pay the remaining 50% off on it... That literally makes 0 sense. She actually said it'd be easier for us to have returned both pairs of pants and then repurchase the pair of pants...why is that easier than just making a 1 for 1 exchange?! Anyway, I probably won't be returning back to this Express anytime soon.

    I reached out on Yelp asking multiple jewelers about medium thick chains for memorial necklaces…read moresince we want something durable. Guy from Jeweler's Touch stood out in his quick responses and helpfulness. When we arrived that evening to speak to someone, Brandon was amazing. He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference. I saw people coming in and out during the two times I went and I see why. These people are amazing, patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all. They want to help make happy customers who are looking for that perfect jewelry. Although we are still on the search for the "perfect" chain for each of us (we are not major jewelry people but need this to be just right for us in every way), I appreciate the help that Jeweler's Touch gave and would recommend them for anyone looking for a custom piece or specific jewelry services.

To shorten a long story, what happened was we made a purchase without asking about the specifics of their sale that day. My niece purchased the item after we were told that the 60 % discount didn't apply, even though the item was in the 60 % off section. We left, but about 45 minutes later, my niece wanted to return the item. I went with her back to Lovisa to see if we could get a refund. We were denied and told of other specifics that were not initially disclosed. Below are those specifics: -There are no returns on earrings. Totally makes sense, but this is not disclosed anywhere in the store. -The have signs all over the store advertising a sale, but not all items are a part of that sale. Per the gal who worked there, the discounts/sales only apply to items with a red sticker. Also not disclosed anywhere. Many of the items did not have a red sticker on them. -Again, this store lures you in with their red signs advertising a whole store sale, but they do not disclose any details of their sale/policies unless you ask. Not a place deserving of anyone's business. The biggest problem with this store is that you won't get a receipt once you walk out. At this store, they have you type your email on a keyboard to send your receipt. Pretty standard, but when I left the store and returned, I still had not gotten my receipt in my email. I called the girl out about this, she told me that it takes an hour for the receipt to be sent. WHAT???? So, no proof of purchase after the point of sale? What kind of place is this??? I was upset at their deceitful policies, and the unprofessionalism of the girl who worked there, so I asked for customer service and she gave me a number in New York. Don't bother calling it, as its a joke and they will never pick up the phone. As I called customer service in the store, the girl sent two loser mall renta-cops to the store for me. Completely unnecessary as I was not a safety threat. They asked me to leave the store and I complied. Shortly after I left the store, one of the guys left and the other was not even paying any attention to me. Before I left the store, the girl handed me a paper receipt. They should just doing this to start out with. The moral of the story is DON'T SHOP AT LOVISA. GO TO CLAIRE'S.
