"Oh, it's been here for a long time. I call you tomorrow. that was the last communication I've had. no response to calls, or text so I drove by there today and they've closed the business. I finally got up the motivation to have it fixed and took it to Digitech Electronics. It plays 33/45/ and 78 rpm records and CDs. About a week I got a phone call that it was fixed minus the CD player. After bringing it home I found it played the 33 records but at a slightly lower speed. I will be happy to update my review after the diagnostic and even if I don't have it repaired I will work with you and hope to find a good laptop with all my specifications. Remember you should always have a phone number of a reputable repair shop that has remote service available. Patrick called me and said it would be $200 for advanced diagnostics and he suggested to go along with it rather than buying a new laptop. This is always a good question to ask is it worth fixing?
