9/5/25- Came in to get my new phone battery and screen replacement. The parts had been ordered on…read moreWednesday and as they stated, it would be there on Friday. When I handed my phone to Nasser, he looked at it and said that he didn't think my screen was cracked and it looked like the screen protector had cracked. He even showed me by pulling of the screen protector and my phone screen was fine. There were glue sticky spots on the screen and he gave me the option to just replace the battery or still put on a new phone screen also. I told his to go ahead and replace the screen too since the glue marks didn't look good and I terfered a little with the touch screen function and covered the front camera. It took about an hour and was ready on time as Nasser stated. Its been working great now. I really appreciate Nasser's honesty and courtesy. I will be coming here for my future phone repair needs.
