My I phone would not let me update or download or do anything. I tried everything I knew then I called experimax and spoke with a young man named Ryan and he assured me even though he was not an apple store that he could fix my phone problem. So I went there and Ryan took my phone and began to research the problem he found the cause rather quickly ,however we needed to call apple as they had internally disconnected a part of my phone do to strange activity. I purchased a new Mac Book Pro and a new I Pad from Experimax - Gilbert. The procured my items at prices comparable to the Apple Store. They transferred my data from my traded in items to the new ones and made sure it all worked properly. They accepted all my old Apple computers, I pads and part for recycle. They also cleared my old equipment of all my data. They have responded to all my requests for help. They are much closer than the Apple Store and not near as busy. They were also able to find me a discontinued Mouse that I really like. I will do all my future business with them. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Great Pricing, Great Communication... Called Muaz with an issue I had with my PS5... I asked can you get it done and back to me the same day... he said yes, I got a call from Muaz during the the repair process and he explained there was additional work required to identify the underlying issue. Ultimately the PS5 was irreparable. If he can't do it, no one can. He dropped the rate to his base fee because it could not be repaired... even with all the work he had done. I had a computer with a 120 GB SSD hard drive, that I had maxed out. I was ready to buy a whole new laptop for $1300 from Fry's. I took my computer to Experimax, talked tp Russ, and they were not only able to install a new 500 GB SSD, but also transferred the operating system, all programs, and data. Cost was less than $170. I just had a hard drive and screen replaced and also upgraded the RAM by Experimac for no more money than I would have had just to replace the hard drive. Nadine, the manager, is a great lady who really tries to make sure the customer is happy. Also, Eric is there most of the time in the Gilbert office and can be relied on to give solid advice. These guys saved my iMac. I had upgraded the software to Catalina (Apple insisted) and nothing worked right. Apple couldn't fix it. My iMac is too old (2012). Ryan was able to restore Mojave OS (which Apple would not do) and all is working well. Very reasonable pricing too. They also install I-phone batteries for much less than the Apple store. read more

I spilled milk on my MacBook Pro and my screen stopped working, so I took it in and Eric opened it up to see how much water damage my board had. He said that most charge even if it's not that bad. He was great and helped me out! I will be returning in the morning to get it cleaned and get hopefully get the screen working again. read more

This place actually made my phone worse than when I brought it in for a simple screen fix the rep damaged my lcd and wouldn't own up to it and I wasn't even refunded and had a non working device that would need a total replacement. That's not exactly great service. read more
