    Moving is stressful . . . Your moving company shouldn't be in the business if they make it worse. It was a mistake to trust Executive Moving Systems. The owner (Bill) and son (Justin) were smooth talkers. They did a great job selling us on their company, were super responsive to gain our business, but ghosted us after booking. As an example, I called and texted Justin the week before our move, when our close was pushed back. He responded by text: "Will buzz you when I get a moment. I have appointments all day so pls bare with me." I never heard from him again. -- When the movers arrived at our old house to load our belongings into crates, they were one crate short so they threw a bunch of our stuff into the back of a box truck and said they would crate it at the warehouse, providing no documentation nor proof that it made it into storage with the rest of our goods. We stored our belongings with EMS for 4 months at $700 per month. -- We were emailed the night before our 3-day delivery window started to inform us that the driver did not load all of our goods onto his truck and would only deliver a partial shipment to us. He left 1,800 pounds behind because it wouldn't fit into his truck after the first family's load was larger than he anticipated. We were given no opportunity to wait until everything could be loaded and delivered together. -- Because of the partial delivery, we ended up with a dining table top but no base, half of our exercise machine, our fire table chairs with no fire table, some dishes but no silverware, some pots but no pans, no bedding for our children . . . the list goes on and on. -- Instead of prioritizing delivery of what they left behind, we then had to wait more than a week to have the rest of our items delivered only one state away, less than 400 miles. -- Because our belongings had been separated, we ended up with numerous lost items. (We also had damaged furniture and mirrors, which we PAID the moving company to have their packers safely pack for us.) - When I contacted Mary, the office admin, regarding the missing and damaged items, she passed us off to an insurance company even though I described several large boxes containing bathroom and kitchen items that I hoped were still in the warehouse at that point. She never followed up. The bottom line is that Executive Moving Systems: 1) Did not load all of our items into box crates, as promised, at initial pick up 2) Allowed their driver to load and transport only a portion of our stored belongings without our approval 3) Did not prioritize delivery of the items they chose to leave behind 4) Damaged and lost many of our valuable items in the process of separation 5) Shuffled us off to an insurance company to make a claim instead of providing any help to recover what was missing due to their actions. Sales without service is opportunistic.

Thank you, Bill, for sending the friendliest, most efficient and professional team to move my belongings locally. Fernando, Luis and Gabino made what could be a very stressful day an absolute breeze. Thank you (and them) very much. I appreciate the care and responsibility they all exhibited. Everything was just as you'd said it would be (no surprises), so I thank you for that, too.     They may have gotten a decent review except for denting my almost new, very expensive Bosch refrigerator, as well as the idiot that packed an expensive lamp in a wardrobe box with my clothes and completely broke it. Careless crew! I would avoid using these yahoos.

    Ryan represents a realistic move quote / proposal. As much as it seems possible to move all your stuff in 4 hours.... its just not going to happen. He was honest enough to propose a 3 man crew for 6 hours... he was correct. we all have more stuff than we realize! I dont plan to move again... but if i do, Ryan will be my first call. They are not the "cheapest" but you get what you pay for. Lastly, what a nice surprise to see Mel show up about an hour into the move to see how things were going. Best regards, Robert

    Time to move on…read more.. After 3 years, it's time to find a new storage facility. I needed to upgrade to a larger unit and considered moving to a new one here, but also shopped around. After shopping around, it was pretty clear to me there were several better options in the area. The biggest decision to leaving was how rundown and gross everything was starting to look. The floors inside the building I was in are torn up and large wood chips kept splintering up. It's also just very dirty. Inside the facility, around it, and in the actual room. When moving out, I was shocked how much dust, weird debris, termite droppings, and overall filth covered my stuff. On top of that, there was a leak in our unit, which damaged a table and several boxes. When I told them about it, the lady said "oh yeah- we have a guy to help with that but he hasn't been showing up." That was it. The guy just didn't show up so everyone has to deal with leaks. She said she has a list of units that need to be repaired, so it seems to be an issue here. The place was not nearly this bad when I moved in three years ago - it's like nothing has been done to it in the last three years. When I told them that I was moving out, there were no questions or any type of service recovery of any kind. Just "OK have a good one". I asked to get some paperwork showing that the account had been closed out I was told no, but I would get an email. That email never showed up. I'm glad I decided to make the move- the overall disrepair of the place made the decision, but then discovering the leak and seeing their response really helped me feel good about it. I found a much better place - Even though moving storage can be a pain, it was totally worth it.

As He (Evon), Is this properties Corporate Rep…read more Evon, Refused to Return AT LEAST, $300.00 That we PAID TOWARDS - OUR MONTHLY STORAGE RENTAL FEES for the month of March (when Fire occurred) via Their telephone pymt system! Only to find out After, that 2 of our units had been burnt down! And all contents were DESTROYED! Which No one Called To INFORM US OF! I asked Joselyn, EVERY SINGLE MONTH FOR OUR money BACK! to be returned to us! But I always got the same response, That we couldnt get our money back until we signed A waiver of our rights, and releasing 'our units' back over to them. BUT, ONE OF Our units was CONFISCATED 'BY THEM'! So, WE refused to sign the doc. Thus, No money was refunded! We Lost our ENTIRE contents in 2 out of 3 10 x 20 storage units that we had stored at this facility. Which was A LIFE CHANGING, 'CATISTROPHIC EVENT' ... FOR US! AFTER THE ELECTRICITY 'WENT OUT' - PRIOR TO THIS FIRE, The property mgmt, conducted all office hour buisness from the parking lot or from her car! Im talking ... NOOO ELECTRICITY! Thus, No security. & NOO Video CAMERAS! = THIS. And EVON, At Corporate head quarters ...100% REFUSED to refund AT LEAST $300 WE PAID for in RENTS! AT A TIME when, 'WE NEEDED IT' - The MOST! SHOWED, Very BAD WILL - If you ask Me! SHAME ON YOU EVON. & YOUR COMPANY! To Date, THIS MONEY HAS STILL NOT BEEN REFUNDED to us.

    Storage bins were clean and spacious. Office person was very friendly and efficient. Easy to pay on…read moreline. They also let you use carts to move stuff if needed (with ID). Just note their hours of operation and leave BEFORE they close.
