I have been to 5-6 different Cryo facilities and Evolve is by far the best. The staff is great, super friendly. The chamber itself has 3 different settings, so you can choose how cold you want the chamber to get based on comfortability. FYI: A whole body cryo costs $70 after your first visit, if you're not a member. It doesn't mention that anywhere on their brochure or website. And no one tells you that it will be $70 when you are making the appointment. My understanding was that the first visit is $35 and you get complimentary compression and oxygen with it, which you do. It's a great deal. I assumed any future visits for whole body cryo by itself would be $35, because $35 is the price listed under Whole Body Cryo on their "Treatments" page. And it doesn't have a star next to it nor does it say "first visit only". But whole body cryo is $70 after the first visit. I wasn't told this until I was already in the chamber five SECONDS before they turned it on. I wasn't prepared to pay $70, so I had to leave without being treated. Enjoy! read more

Had a massage with Shana this week and it was PHENOMENAL! I am picky and particular and actually didn't have to ask her to change a thing!!! She did offer at the beginning if there was a spot that needed more attention or didn't need attention at all... to speak up and let her know, because it's my massage. I bought a groupon for a whole body Cryo session and absolutely loved it. The staff was really nice on arrival, very attentive and knowledgeable. For a first time cryo, they did a great job of giving instructions and what to expect. It was extremely cold but it only last for 3 minutes. Afterwards, we got to try 30 minutes of compression therapy, which I did the legs. After a heavy leg workout the day before, it was exactly what I needed. It felt like a couple of Burmese Pythons wrapping themselves around my legs and massaging them. All I have to say is WOW!! I am new to cryotherapy and was a little nervous about doing it. The staff made me feel right at home and were more than happy to answer any questions or concerns I had. The next thing I know I was in the cryochamber. How was it? AMAZING! The office is beautiful and makes you feel comfortable and right at home. I was shown around and taken to my private changing room where the staff assisted me in the cryochamber. After you get over the chill and get out your body feels absolutely amazing. Megan (sorry if I didn't spell right) was so incredibly sweet. You meet her and instantly you just know you are in good hands. The massage was so incredibly perfect! I had an excellent experience after buying a groupon. I tried out cryotherapy after injuring my right knee. I did the stand up cryo which was freezing but it went by quickly. The attendant made me feel very comfortable and counted down in two parts-you switch positions halfway through. I also had the oxygen therapy which I didn't feel much from and the whole leg massage contraption which I loved. My knee literally was back to normal within 24 hours and I have had no problems with it since!! I would highly recommend this place if you have any lumps bumps or sprains to speed up recovery and reduce inflammation. read more

My first experience here I just walked in, no appointment no problem. Not saying you can do this for all service but cryo and compression you can. My first visit was $35 and I got to try cryo, compression, and oxygen therapy. Totally a great deal!! I ended up loving it so much I bought a package. They offer multiple package depending on your budget and needs. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I love coming here, it's my secret retreat spot on south Lamar. Working as a hairstylist I am alway on my feet and the leg compression is a game charger for me. I highly recommend evolve for anyone looking to improve there mind and body. read more
