We stripped down to our undies and were provided with thick socks, slippers, beanies and fluffy mittens to protect our extremities from the frigid -145°F cryo tank. The cryo experience is 3 1/2 minutes of bitter coldness to help spike dopamine levels. I did feel great coming out! They explained that they could decrease the temperature, down to -165°F. Insane! I'll come back for another cryo session soon. They also offer cold plunge ice bath which I might give a try as well.

I told the nurse when I got out of the chamber and her response was so cold it was creepy. She had a flat affect and said I probably did it "too often" rather than acknowledging her careless mistake - completely irresponsible considering it was only my third time, with several weeks in between treatments. I called the manufacturer and found out this chamber does NOT provide any oxygen at all - despite several staff members claiming it does. It is just pressurized "room air." I cannot fathom doing blood work of any kind here. Avoid for your safety.
