Super friendly staff at this location. I was a walk-in and…read morewanted to give IV therapy a try. I came across a special via instagram, which was 50% off certain vitamins for the IV drip. I want able to get many photos but this location offers cryotherapy, oxygen therapy and facials! The nurse on staff was thorough, answered all of questions and regularly checked on me. It was a great first experience.

I was curious about this place and their services after a targeted Instagram advert said they have…read more$75 first time client IV drips. We are going on an international trip so I figured an IV drip loaded with immunity boosters could help. The location is easy to find with ample parking. There was a lot going on at this location so not sure if this is the norm or if there was just a bonkers random day. What I mean by that is I had multiple texts and emails confirming my time at 11am but then when I checked in the front desk said oh hey you're here early your apt isn't until 1130. I then showed them my 11 confirmation texts and then the front desk was apologetic and offered me free leg compression because of the mix up. These btw were great!! After I got into compression, I had some forms to fill out and I also had to do a telehealth apt to review my medical history and approve the IV drip and any add ons. An attendant came over and reviewed all their IV offerings - the $75 came with two basic add ins or one luxe one. I choose the two basic. I also had to verbalize the $75 first client deal because at first she was saying it was $150 (so don't be afraid to speak up). At this point, it was close to 1145 so they offered me an additional two regular add ins or one more luxe add in for free because of the wait. Overall, I really appreciated the staff for taking care of me with the add ons due to the confusion and waiting. I overheard them say to two other people that they couldn't accommodate their Ivs on this day due to system glitches and their nurse on staff being overbooked. The space itself is clean and spacious and they offer a lot of various health and wellness related services. My biggest complaint was that a couple came in with their toddler and the toddler was behaving like a toddler. I wish there was a policy that prevented kids or toddlers from being in the space because a relaxing environment is easily disrupted when there is a toddler whining and running around. I'm happy with the additional services I received because of the wait and confusion and overall I'm happy with my experiences. My total for services came to $107 which isn't the $75 that was advertised and confirmed by me a few different times but at this point I was 2 hrs into my time there and just wanted to get on with my day. I'd likely come back but I'd need to better understand the pricing of services because again, the $75 get you in price changed to $107 by the time check out came around. If you're a first timer definitely be sure to confirm the price so there isn't confusion then Just sit back and enjoy the wellness offerings.

I lost hearing in my left ear, and had a headache and intense vertigo for two weeks. My left ear hearing is likely permanently damaged. I told the nurse when I got out of the chamber and her response was so cold it was creepy. She had a flat affect and said I probably did it "too often" rather than acknowledging her careless mistake - completely irresponsible considering it was only my third time, with several weeks in between treatments. I called the manufacturer and found out this chamber does NOT provide any oxygen at all - despite several staff members claiming it does. It is just pressurized "room air." I cannot fathom doing blood work of any kind here. Avoid for your safety.

Did NOT seem washed at all. They also billed me for a second month that I wasn't interested in, which is $200 that I don't have, and would REFUSE to make an exception to refund. The charge went through like 24 hours ago. Stephanie the manager even let me know that she could technically hit a button and refund me, but she chose not to because of the Terms of use. Literally no one would be negatively impacted if I received a refund. Like come on. Extremely unprofessional and apathetic. Shame on you for taking hard working peoples money from them after they tried your business in search of healing and relief, and then condescendingly repeating your terms of use back to them.

Despite her visible dehydration and the difficulty staff had establishing an IV, she remained in the ER for approximately four hours without receiving any IV fluids. Before being discharged, she suffered a physical setback, yet she was still sent home. The following day, we were notified that she tested positive for C. diff. It is deeply concerning that a patient in her condition, with what turned out to be a serious infection, was brushed off and discharged while still thirsty and weak. We now have to wait several days to see her primary care physician for follow-up care that should have been initiated or supported by the emergency team. I am disappointed by the lack of effort and the dismissive attitude we encountered during this visit. I would appreciate a review of her case and an explanation as to why standard interventions, such as administering saline fluids, were not provided given her symptoms. We can do better for all patients.

She was left hours upon hours laying in her urine and fecal matter. Over her 13 day stay she has developed major breakdown of her skin on her buttocks and vaginal area. She is as red as can be and has developed a horrendous yeast rash, and is in a lot of pain when you clean her. Hardly saw the nurses at all. When she called for someone to come clean her it took them many hours to show up... up to 6 hours at times. I could go off about many other things about her time here but I am running out of characters. So incredibly outraged! When I spoke up about the care, only excuses were made and no accountability was taken. Still she sat hours upon hours in her own feces after I spoke up and advocated for her. Unacceptable!!!
