Great local restaurant located near Hobby Lobby. I hadn't heard much about the place, but my wife stops in often due to the close proximity to her school. Definitely a great place to grab breakfast or lunch, as they close fairly early. Bagels are made fresh daily, with a lot of choices including seasonal bagels. Thy also offer sandwiches and wraps along with some tasty looking deserts. I had a tuna melt on fresh baked bread and it was pretty darn good. The bread was fresh and toasted, and the tuna was fresh and delicious, with just the right amount of fixins. Throw in a bag of chips and a soda, and I got a great meal at a good price. Staff was super friendly, to boot. There are a few great local sandwich shops in the area, and this is one of them. I always try to support the local businesses, and I highly recommend this one if you're looking for a nice meal for breakfast or lunch. This is my FAVORITE bagel place!!! My go to is a plain toasted bagel with their honey almond cream cheese...it's to die for. Everything Bagel is one of my favorite breakfast spots. I'm there at least once a week enjoying a toasted cranberry-walnut bagel with scallion cream cheese (I ask for easy on the cream cheese, or you get enough for the rest of the week!). Or something similar. Plus a cup of fresh coffee. The best part of the place? The friendly staff. They are always working hard, but always take a moment to say hello. So decided to go to Everything Bagel while visiting my friends in St Augustine. Now , as a native New Yorker I know great Bagels . Wow!!! Best bagels since I lived in jersey! Big and oh so tasty!!! We had an 1)Asiago bagel with lox, tomato, onion, capers and scallion cream cheese! "Drool". 2)A ham, egg, and cheese on jalapeño cheddar bagel. 3) an everything bagel with bacon and cream cheese 4) and a plain bagel with cream cheese. How can this place call itself a restaurant ? If this place is a restaurant than so are vending machines. They don't make their own dough for the bagels, dont pickle their own pickles, their coffee is terrible! Just go to aisle #4 in the grocery store for same stuff but cheaper. Went there on a busy Saturday morning. The woman taking our order was very nice and personable but kind of scattered because she messed up our order and several others and seemed to have less than 1 second memory retention. We ordered two breakfast burritos and they both sucked. Somehow the combination of the microwaved eggs and WAY to much salsa slapped up against cold deli meat made for a soggy flavorless mess.
