Went here because we had no crêpe for a long time and have really enjoyed our crêpe. They have a great variety of crêpes at the costs of $13 per unit. In addition they offer a free refills on your cold drinks. I would definitely recommend this place.

If you love crepes, you definitely need to stop by Mimi's Famous Crepes on your visit to St. Augustine! We split the classic crepe (nutella, fresh strawberries, and whipped cream) and it was amazing. They offer both sweet and savory crepes, so there are a ton of options to choose from. What makes this spot even better is the cute patio seating behind the creperie. Around the holidays, this area is decked out with Christmas trees, ornaments, and lights, which definitely gets you in the holiday spirit. The staff was very friendly and made our experience memorable. So glad we gave this spot a try!

We got a #6 and a #7. The balsamic drizzle was a little too heavy in my opinion, it was overpowering. Food was hot and fresh. It's a small place but there's beautiful outdoor seating. Service could've been better. Staff was handling cash and our food with the same gloves and it felt unsanitary. Staff also dropped the receipt in the crepe batter and proceeded to try to keep making the crepe. The cleanliness was the biggest issue for us.

The staff were so kind and helpful. We tried the short rib crepe. It was delicious, the rib was flavorful and it is so nice to sit in the back garden area an enjoy a little oasis of paradise.

Shoutout to our local community heroes at this venue. I enjoyed stopping in at this neat little shop. We had walked around the neighborhood sidewalks and shops until it opened. The menu is very impressive. They offer both sweet and savory. I ordered the Lemon Dé La Cream which is French cream cheese, strawberries, blueberries, raspberry sauce, and lemon glaze in a crepe. This was so darling, beautiful, delicate, and delicious. A fresh citrus tartness and sweet berry syrup combined with fresh plump blueberries and fresh ripe strawberries. A dip into whipped cream was a perfect addition to this already indulgence treat. Hubby had a savory crepe- the Chicken Cordon Bleu Pulled chicken breast, sliced ham, shredded swiss cheese, and honey mustard. He enjoyed every scrumptious bite. We had cold bottles of water, because there is not coffee on the menu. We benefited from the cold water on this very warm July 4th. We sat in the Beautiful Garden Seating area behind the shop. There is plenty of seating amongst the beautiful flowers, plants, and ornate green metal patio furniture. We thoroughly appreciated the friendly staff for their craftsmanship, hospitality, and professionalism. We were so blessed to have experienced such a wonderful brunch. Yummy! ... bon appétit

Look at all those juicy blueberries in my crepe.

I LOVE their beautiful well shaded outdoor seating area. We ordered their classic crepe, one with blueberries and one with peaches and both French cream cheese. I originally ordered it with Nutella but after the woman behind the counter let me sample a taste of the French Cream Cheese, I was hooked. The staff were friendly and quickly. The crepes were delicious. A required stop the next time I am in the area now that I have tried their crepes.

Nestled on St. George Street, Mimi's Famous Crepes brings a taste of France to St. Augustine with their expertly crafted sweet and savory crepes. Whether you're in the mood for something classic or decadently indulgent, Mimi's has you covered. The Classic Strawberry crepe is a fan favorite, filled with fresh strawberries and your choice of Nutella or rich French cream cheese--a perfect balance of fruity and creamy flavors. For chocolate lovers, the Chocolate Déjà Vu is a must: Nutella, chocolate brownie pieces, chocolate chips, and chocolate sauce come together in a dessert that's both dreamy and satisfying. Mimi's also offers a selection of wine and beer to complement the meal, all in a lush, secluded garden where you can unwind and enjoy live music. With its quick, friendly service and serene ambiance, Mimi's Famous Crepes is a must-visit for anyone craving a unique dining experience in the heart of historic St. Augustine. The crepes were good and presented well. I wish my egg was inside of the crepe and a bit more ratio of egg to onion but otherwise it was nice flavors. We also had two sweet ones banana pudding and lemon one with fresh fruits and cream. The lemon one was definitely better and more flavorful. Would love some whipped cream on those items as well. Still a great experience with the shop and friendly environment. Thanks again.

The crapes were delicious here! Their workers were fairly young and were having their own conversations when I walked in. A young girl greeted me and there was already a crêpe on the wheel. I asked for her to make me a fresh crêpe, and there was a bit of discrepancy as to whether or not I would take the old crêpe, lol I asked her to make a new one so that I can see it from scratch and show my toddler. Anyhow, once she understood what I was asking, she made me a new one. I thought that was a part of the whole experience? Anyway, I think the crêpe was 12 or $13 And I thought it was a little pricey, but given that it is on St. George Street, it is expected. I probably wouldn't go back again just because it would've been perfect if there was a scoop of ice cream with it. Overall, though, great texture.

I come here every time I visit St. Augustine. This crepe shop has both sweet and savory crepes for any taste you're craving. The short rib crepe is so tender and filling, and I love the egg that melts over it. All of the sweet crepes are delicious, you can't go wrong with ordering any that suit your taste. There's a seating area outside the back of the restaurant and we've never had a problem finding seating. I'd definitely recommend Mimi's if you're walking around downtown St. Augustine!

It isn't a perfect day in St.Augustine if we don't have crêpes at Mimi's! Quick & kind service! Absolutely delicious both the savory crêpes and the sweet ones! The beautiful garden seating just adds to the amazing experience See ya again soon!

Craving something sweet? Stop at Mimi's Famous Crepe. Looking for a savory crepe? Mimi's Famous Crepe also has you covered. Take a breather and walk through their store and find a seat in the most serene gardens I've ever found. And don't worry about the sun or sweating, it's practically 100% shaded from the trees and other plants.

The Avenues was slow during my visit, but I'm glad I got to see one of crepes being prepped. From the menu, there is a wide offering and I look forward to getting one in the days ahead and then update this review. However, while searching for a different coffee kiosk I used to visit here on the second level of The Avenues, I discovered it was gone. So, in a sense, I was cornered to take my only option here. The barista is a veteran at this kiosk and said she's been there 11 years. I wondered if she was the owner, but I'll find that out next time. In looking at the menu, there is a fairly large variety of coffee offerings here. You pretty much can get it as plain as you want, or fully loaded! But what really made me happy was the coffee brand of choice by Le Crepes. LavAzza is awesome, so I instantly ordered a 16 oz white mocha latte. I asked for whipped cream and she gave me a near mountain! I forgot to tell her I was getting it to go. It was very kind of her to be so generous, so I look at it as a plus! The blend of the LavAzza coffee and white mocha in it really gave it a more authentic taste than I've experienced for quite a while. It was something that stood out to me where other coffee outlets didn't. It made the ride home much better and I look forward to visiting here again. Service is very good. There is a large menu of both sweeter type crepes and breakfast/sandwich type crepes. Much to choose from! On another note, I was really impressed with the cleanliness and organization of this kiosk. It's in a good spot in the mall, not far from a main entrance. It's been here 11 years, and appears to have built itself a good reputation among those who work here or customers visiting the mall. The white mocha was great! I'll get an update on the Le Crepes after my next visit! Recommend: VERY HIGH (the VERY is for the LavAzza coffee!)

The food is consistently excellent, the desserts are beautiful and delicious, and the balance of savory and sweet is one of the things they do best. From the patisserie case to the fully loaded crepes, our family has yet to be disappointed. That is saying something, because usually someone has a critique somewhere. Here, there truly is something for everyone, and we all leave happy. The portions are generous, which we appreciate. We almost always bring leftovers home, and that just means we get to enjoy it all over again later. The service is consistently friendly and helpful. The staff brings a youthful, upbeat energy that adds to the atmosphere. Each visit feels like stepping into a European-style patisserie, and that charm has kept us coming back year after year. With that said, I do want to share one small concern. They close at 3:00 p.m. We are big brunch people, but our schedule often leans toward late morning or early afternoon rather than first thing when they open. I understand there are likely good reasons for their hours, and I know many early birds benefit from them. Still, it can be disappointing. On three separate occasions, we have driven over looking forward to our favorites, only to find the doors already locked. We were not alone. On the most recent visit, three other cars pulled in and had to turn around as well. Even with that frustration, our overall experience with Cinnamon Tree remains overwhelmingly positive. It is a place we genuinely love and will continue to support, just hopefully a little earlier in the day next time.
