The service was alright. Maybe because we were sitting outside, but I do feel like they could've been a little more flexible and accommodating. The inside is super cute with a sea/beachy vibe . The outside seating, however, feels more like general plaza seating since there are multiple restaurants within the same plaza. It didn't have quite the same atmosphere as the inside. Cozy spot with amazing treats Stopped into Cinnamon Tree Café for the first time and immediately loved the cozy atmosphere. I tried the blueberry coffee cake and it was so good -- not overly sweet, super soft, and packed with blueberries. Easily one of the better coffee cakes I've had in a while. Cinnamon Tree has redeemed themselves, and I plan to go back again soon. When I first moved to Port Orange 11 years ago, this was my go-to for coffee and brunch. But then they removed my favorite item from their menu--mocha crepes, and they stopped offering chocolate croissants. They just had extremely sweet pastries that were not to my liking. However, the other day, my current go-to coffee/brunch place was overcrowded, so I decided to give Cinnamon Tree another try. To my great surprise and pleasure, they had a couple of savory pastries. I tried their spinach/cheese danish that was creamy, garlicky goodness. My iced latte was strong and delicious. If they continue to have more of a savory selection, I will consider coming back more often. read more

Best breakfast spot in Daytona! They have the best crepes and drinks. I went here all the time in college and it has become a favorite spot to visit whenever I am in town. I always get the berry crepes. The service is very fast - you order at the counter and then take a seat and wait for the food to come out to you. Went for Mothers Day. Line was out the door at 10:15am. The wait on food was over an hour. I had the bowl which had great flavor but had like green leaf salad under the potatoes and meat. The potatoes weren't fully cooked and did not taste good. I will not come here when it's this busy again. The food is good here when it's less busy. On a recent visit to Port Orange, we did our homework, asked around, and found a great place where the locals go...and for good reason. The restaurant windows and interior were decorated for the holidays beautifully. This is clean but casual dining where you order and the food is brought to you. We were greeted warmly and able to place our order quickly. The place was bustling and packed. Still, everything was great and our food came out quickly. Everything was really good, the Biscoff danish just happens to be one of the best things I've eaten. Great coffee, bold and prepared well. My breakfast bowl was fresh and flavorful, the potatoes amazing, and my wife's croissant breakfast sandwich was delightful as well. The danish was an added bonus I wasn't anticipating, and it was just amazing. A fresh, soft danish, with Biscoff crème in the middle. We should have ordered two, it was very difficult to share. I wasn't able to access my previous review of Cinnamon Tree, so I'm glad to leave a fresh one. We have loved Cinnamon Tree for well over a decade. The food is consistently excellent, the desserts are beautiful and delicious, and the balance of savory and sweet is one of the things they do best. From the patisserie case to the fully loaded crepes, our family has yet to be disappointed. That is saying something, because usually someone has a critique somewhere. Here, there truly is something for everyone, and we all leave happy. The portions are generous, which we appreciate. We almost always bring leftovers home, and that just means we get to enjoy it all over again later. The service is consistently friendly and helpful. The staff brings a youthful, upbeat energy that adds to the atmosphere. Each visit feels like stepping into a European-style patisserie, and that charm has kept us coming back year after year. With that said, I do want to share one small concern. They close at 3:00 p.m. We are big brunch people, but our schedule often leans toward late morning or early afternoon rather than first thing when they open. I understand there are likely good reasons for their hours, and I know many early birds benefit from them. Still, it can be disappointing. On three separate occasions, we have driven over looking forward to our favorites, only to find the doors already locked. We were not alone. On the most recent visit, three other cars pulled in and had to turn around as well. Even with that frustration, our overall experience with Cinnamon Tree remains overwhelmingly positive. What a fantastic little place close to the highway. We were staying in the area for a long weekend and wanted to try this place for breakfast based on all the amazing reviews. We were not disappointed, definitely the best breakfast we had on our vacation. The inside was packed when we arrived later in the morning on a Tuesday, we placed our order at the counter and found a table outside. My spiced mocha coffee was amazing, with homemade mocha syrup, nutmeg, cinnamon and cayenne! We decided on a sweet treat to split and the Biscoff danish was heavenly. My dream little cafe. I wish I lived nearby, I'd probably be here at least once or twice a week lol. They have breakfast, lunch, pastries, cookies, tea and coffee. Everything is DELICIOUS! On my most recent visit I had the most amazing candied bacon BLT on a fresh croissant with some refreshing berry lemonade iced tea. If you prefer indoor seating, I suggest arriving early, as seating is first-come, first-served and can fill up quickly + be a little loud. There was lots of available parking spots, and there are lots of options for seating, both indoor and outdoor. I got several unique cookies (that green pistachio...) and a sandwich cookie.
