This was a great coffee spot! The ambiance is spacious and perfect for getting some work done or just enjoying a good cup of coffee. The service was just as impressive. The barista was very helpful and patient while I figured out what to order, which I appreciated. I ended up going with the Colombian pour-over, and it was very flavorful with a nice balance of boldness and smoothness. I also tried the banana bread with banana cream I had it warmed up, and it practically melted in my mouth. The flavor was rich and comforting without being too heavy. Overall, a really solid spot for both coffee and atmosphere. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to. read more

I want to start off by saying that the customer service that I received was absolutely excellent. I also really love the design of the coffee shop and the overall ambience that display has. It could easily be a quiet place that you can grab a great book and enjoy your coffee (if you drink it). But you can also sit and chat with your friends and unwind about your day. With that being said, I'm giving the business three stars because I ordered the chai latte and honestly (unfortunately) it tasted like warm milk, but that's about it. I am not a coffee drinker, but I am a hot chai latte lover. I make them at home and I frequent another business in the area that makes them I enjoy when I taste the spices like cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, etc. Unfortunately, my chai latte from this business had none of that so for this, I'm going to give it three stars. My coworker ordered their gluten-free carrot cake and said that it was really good. They also have a humongous chocolate cake there the one that's like the cake on the movie Matilda. Copperline is a great coffee and food spot in downtown Port Orange. The interior is just a a vibe. Rustic and elegant simultaneously, a place to relax and it invites good company. It's fairly large as well, much larger than most coffee shops. The staff is well informed, can make great recommendations and definitely know what they are doing. My coffee was bold, not overpowering, and delicious and my wife and I truly enjoyed our time there as a break from the bustle of the holiday season. We'll be back when we're in the Port Orange area and if you haven't tried them, I recommend you do. read more

Copperline was our first coffee stop on our vacation! The parking was a bit rough, but the inside was spacious and super welcoming. I opted for an ube latte and a cinnamon sugar biscuit. This was an exquisite experience with the long interior bar and numerous seating options. There is a small gift shop area in the front and a beautiful long bar inside. I visited this cafe between appointments and enjoyed double espresso. The desserts were tempting but I enjoyed looking around before finally choosing an outdoor seat with my coffee. I found this cafe charming and quiet. You will find this coffee shop somewhat full as many people choose the booths to get writing or studying done. There is both take away options with paper cups and sit down options, where you have a ceramic plates and cups. What a fun and solid coffee house on Beach Street! Having eaten the night before just a few doors down, I knew I'd check out this place the next day. The Copperline Coffee sign above the entryway along with the spacious seating area inside yet outside really caught my attention. When I entered, I was surprised at how spacious the layout looked and was. The dark wood spoke of a different era, yet I saw a number of customers who seemed to be working remotely. If I lived nearby, I'd definitely like to put in a few work hours here. Copperline Coffee wants to evoke small town charm. I think they succeeded. And now for the coffee. I chose drip coffee for my stay, a Columbian roast, and it hit the spot. The normal espresso drinks are available as well as tea and non-caffeinated beverages. A decent food menu is a bonus. The barista was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Stay, drink, eat, and rock in the rocking chairs for an enjoyable little stay. I hope to return one day. read more

Stopped in for a quick cup of coffee while out running errands one day recently. Such an inviting interior - covered open air section with comfortable seating (lots of people enjoying the beautiful November weather). Service was great - barista was pleasant and drinks were prepared quickly. My cafe au lait was good, but not the best I've had. Unfortunately hubby's black coffee was awful (I tried it too) - it was bitter and tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. We didn't try any food, but disappointing when the coffee is not good at a coffee shop. We'll give it another shot when we're in the area. read more

One of the best/ coolest coffee shops I've been to in awhile! We came over to Daytona area for a beach day and stopped for coffee & breakfast here before, and then stopped back again on our way out, if that gives any idea to how great it was. They have a lot of different options for java, including a coffee flight. Even the coffee flight can be lattes or espresso flights. We tried the lattes and did not try anything we didn't like- it came with a basic cold brew, chai latte, ube latte, caramel latte and one other I can't remember. The ube was probably my favorite and one I'll definitely have again. The food hit the mark as well- they had some yummy breakfast sandwich options so we tried that as well as the quiche and they were fresh and delicious. Even the carrot cake cupcake was fabulous. I was so impressed not only by the coffee & food, but the atmosphere and staff as well. I asked the barista helping us for recommendations and he was very good at describing things in a helpful way- all 3 working behind the bar that day were so friendly and we ended up chatting with them for probably a good 10 minutes on our second visit. There's indoor and outdoor seating, and plenty of it. It'd be a great space to sit and hang out or get work done. It's also across the street from a nice park & the AAA Baseball team in Daytona's arena so you could walk around with a coffee in hand. Such a great spot!! read more

I've been gong to Copperline since they opened their small shop in PO. The Beach street shop is stunning! It's so spacious, it doesn't feel like you're on top of the people next to you, plenty of seating. Guys and gals at the front are always so sweet and fast with your order. I'm not much of a coffee drinker anymore so I'm always getting tea. The annoying part is most coffee shops don't have loose leaf tea- they'll sell you tao tea Copperline makes their tea from loose tea leaves and it's perfection. Got an earl gray with cream and their honeysuckle flavor and also got a chai tea which was equally as good. The aesthetic of this coffee shop is so cute I love the homey vibe. There is plenty of seating with a lot of working space. Great place to get work done. I stopped by Copperline and instantly fell for the vibe. The walls are this deep teal-green that hits you with a moody, cozy charm--somewhere between hipster café and modern country hideaway. High ceilings, soft lighting, and plenty of space made it feel like the kind of place you could bring a first date, dive into studying, or just catch up with friends without feeling rushed. In the back, I even caught a group playing mahjong, which added this unexpected little sense of community. I ordered a chai latte with a shot of espresso and almond milk, and it was smooth and subtle--not overly spicy the way chai can sometimes come in swinging. The art on the walls was on point, and the energy of the staff was warm and natural. They flowed well together, joking around, and one of their shirts said "talk to me nicely," which cracked me up. I didn't try the food this round, but I'm definitely open to coming back to explore the menu. There's also a cute outdoor seating area in the front if you like your caffeine with fresh air. I made a quick pit stop here while I was in Daytona and I was so excited to try their seasonal Iced Ube Latte. My first few sips of the latte were outstanding, but as I started to mix it, the Ube flavor started slipping away and I was only able to taste the oat milk. In the area because of a wedding! First time in Daytona beach, and honestly this is the first place we went to that wasn't connected to the wedding. The space is really cute, ample seating both indoor and covered. Their baked goods - they give you a side of cream cheese frosting with your banana bread, and that stuff is amazing. Theoretically would like the banana bread to be a little warmed, but honestly, even though it was cold, I still housed that thing. Their specials all sounded great as a non coffee drinker btw. Lavender lemonade and blackberry Arnold Palmer caught my eye. Drink was tasty but a tiny bit sweet for me. Still really good! Coffee was solid according to my caffeine addicted husband. The consistent unprofessional and outright aggression of the Dorothy as a manager and partner is outrageous. We met family here & my Mother in law had a bottle of pomegranate juice that was sealed, unopened that she brought from her senior living facility in Ormond Beach. We were confronted and yelled out and chastised by Dorothy for over 2 min. This is an 84 year old woman that has done nothing wrong.. The employees described her and mentally unstable. Then when we walked in there was reception desk?, menu and again a huge serving counter and little souvenirs if you wanted to purchase. We ventured into the shop to find seating and I was surprised to find there was so many areas to choose from. UPPERLINE is HUGE!!! To the left were sofas, table and chairs Further down the shop for more table and chairs and sofas. (We chose the back of the room that was more private.) The order came and again, surprised that the Coffee and my chicken salad on a croissant were enormous. (Different than most of the coffee shops we went into. Same price. Larger quantity) The ladies there were exceptional, knowledgeable and I have to say adorable. We bantered with them and they bantered back Those who follow me, know my recommendations are trustworthy Whether they are good or not so good and I will never to persuade you to decide. We just got two cafe latte's and split a piece of banana bread which was excellent. The banana bread comes with a little cup of cinnamon icing. Staying on the beach for Jeep Week...kids were still sleeping in...so wife and decided to cross the bridge early loooking for some coffee. It was right around first opening. First of all, the space is huge. It just keeps going. Very artsy styling. We loved it. We also loved there is a 'front patio', then doors into the main part. The front patio has its own doors (kept open until rain?) but is very well covered and has lots of good seating. With the weather nice outside we and most folks sat here. One gripe..music was pretty loud...for a Sunday morning and not even having the 1st cup yet. I quickly saw the menu but all we wanted was a bagel as we were do breakfast with the kids. I asked if the bagels were fresh and the host answered 'we opened them this morning'. They don't make them, but perhaps frozen then toasted. $4. The coffee was great. .99 cent refills.
