This place was so good. I think the name of the dish I got is the pickled cabbage hot pot. You're able to choose the meat and noodles or rice. I got lamb and rice. It came out like how Boiling Point does it with the fire underneath. The veggies came out cooked, but the meat is raw so you're cooking it at the table and the fire was ongoing so the meat cooked perfectly. One thing I noticed is, unlike boiling point they don't refill the broth, but there was plenty already. they also don't have the sauces but they gave me like a Ponzo green onion dip and a did go well with what I got. Be careful if you order via DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc... This restaurant cancels your orders and provides no reason nor do they notify the cancellation. If you're away from your phone, don't be surprised to see a cancelled order and your family is left hungry... time is wasted and then have to stress with finding another place to go order from (if late night). They have cancelled a handful of my orders (each order has been over $75) prior to 1930 (7:30pm) without reason, without notification. Disappointing since their food is OK. Order was: tripe, tendon, and beef soup noodles (with thick noodles) scallion pancakes wontons in spicy oil - soup and noodle were passable, but there were probably 2-3 small pieces of each beef protein. the tripe was cross section-sliced, not resembling what it looked like in the picture (one big piece showing off the honeycomb). and no pickled chinese mustard to add to the soup? boo. - scallion pancakes were cut into bite-sized wedges, totaling eight pieces. not like they were freshly made, and there were only one to two pieces of scallion on them. - the wontons in spicy oil were a disaster. the wonton skins were tough, the meat stuffing inside the wontons was just one lump of cooked, flavorless protein, and almost all of the flavor was from the bean curd chili paste. then on the parking lot exit, the Server's leaning against the railing having a cigarette - right in front of the door. nothing against smokers, but did the server really need to take a smoke break where customers come in and out of the restaurant? there's really no saving grace from this meal, and i wouldn't recommend anyone from going back. read more

This may not be the cleanest restaurant, but it has the BEST Spicy Beef Noodle Soup that I've ever tasted and I usually don't even like beef noodle soup lol. The soup is piping hot (be careful) and it is so flavorful and delicious. There's a good amount of beef which is super soft and yummy. The bokchoi (i think) is fresh and crunchy.
