There was a sushi bar, with interesting rolls but not Japanese run, and they don't use Panko batter for their tempura...so it made the spider roll a bit too dense. (I always get the 3-ingredient dumplings @$26/bag; you can boil or pan-fry them...I prefer boil) Inside each dumpling of love packs very fresh filling and a lot of broth! The wrapper is just the right thickness. Cash, Venmo or zelle only. My dumpling boiling secret: Boil a pot of water, add dumplings, cover and bring to a boil, add ice cubes to stop cooking, cover and boil again, add more ice cubes, cover and boil again. Done!
