Update : I called and told them how I felt about my nails , they also saw my review and asked me to come back so they can take them off and re do them for me, I asked for a refund instead when I got there ( solely because I had a wedding this Friday and I didn't want them turning out bad again) I went and they took off the nails , made a huge deal about giving me a refund ( not about the money , it's about the principle ) it was only $50 btw ! And refused to give me a refund because they have to pay their nail techs , and used the excuse that if I was at a restaurant and I didn't like the food they wouldn't refund me either , which is false because my family owns a small business ( restaurant ) and if anyone is unhappy with their food we always refund , but that's never usually the case because we provide good service and meals , if they really wanted to fix this they should've refunded me and took the nails off , they re did them and they're still not nice ! Very crooked , my thumbs are 2 different lengths , didn't shape them correctly either , the lady doing my nails was very nice though, I just wanted a refund , I still don't care for the nails they did for me , very bad job and I hope when someone complains again and asks for a refund they grant that wish to them I do appreciate them re doing my nails but that's not what I wanted , these were horribly done and they're still not how I asked them to be done .. I'm very disappointed and I will not be back ( given that I've been to this place multiple times ! You'd think they'd have customer loyalty ) read more

I was asked to be the Matron of Honor in my bff's wedding. I'm not a girly girl and don't ever get my nails done so when I decided I had to do something to look presentable I went to Eva nails because my mom has gone there for years and years! Sue did a wonderful job on a full set of acrylics and even re-did a nail for me after the wedding just now! She is so gentle and does such a fantastic job, no one believed they were fake nails! I have to be completely honest because I'm not one to write reviews but I had to after today's appointment. Firstly I want to say that the employees were very nice and super accommodating. However, I can't say the same for the quality of my nails. Everything seemed to be going well until the guy who was doing my nails started to file, and completely cut up 3 of my fingers. I've had my nails done for 10 years and this has never happened. Then the little jewel that was put on my nail fell off in less than an hour after being done. The application process for that jewel wasn't done correctly. All in all, I wish I didn't have to write this review but my fingers hurt by the slightest touch and my nails just don't look good :/ read more

I called ahead asking for acrylic soak off and then gel manicure and pedicure. If it wouldn't of been the nail techs birthday I would of got yo and left but she first told me my nails were so damaged but it's because she instead of letting my nails soak for 10+ mins was going as fast as she could to remove them destroying my real nails and leaving them all misshapen. Service was rushed and both my nail tech Ann and the woman doing my pedicure kept looking around during the filing cutting me 2 times on my toes putting some mysterious stinging product on my cuts and when I asked what it was she just showed me a non labeled bottle and smiled? It's a shame I really enjoyed the different offerings for pedicures but if you want someone to take their time and truly focus I would suggest going to a different place. The worst experience of customer service. Peter (even though the license at his desk said Victor) was rude, pushy, and literally said aloud to another customer "I have trouble over here" because I asked for what I wanted. It was honestly comical how much of a bad mood he was in. He didn't even use words for most of the session but just hit the UV machine when he wanted me to move my hand. If I didn't do what he wanted, he just hit it harder. The entire manicure was a struggle, starting from selecting a color. He was impatient, unhelpful, and EXTREMELY pushy to speed things up. Do not go to him if you want relaxation or customer service. It's unfortunate that I called to make an appointment, but the gal said they weren't busy and to walk in. Next time I will insist on an appointment and specifically request to never get Peter. read more

We loved the previous owner, but when she sold it, we never left and now the new owners are so wonderful! They are literally the nicest people that you will ever meet and they have great customer service and are so welcoming! I've been coming to Anne for years and she's the only person I'll see. She does EXACTLY what you want. I learned the hard way that what I want and what looks good are two different things. So now I will take her suggestions to heart and she's never be led me wrong. I get powder dip and it's hard to find someone who can do well and fast. In the past I tried places they take twice as long and they look like they took half the time. That's why I always come to Anne at Eva's. She's been doing this for a very long time and has a good eye for trends and new colors. Often she will mix powders for me to create a new color off menu. Not only do my nails look perfect when I leave but she does in an epic amount of time which is important to me with the young children. Please call ahead as she is very busy and sought after. She will fit you in within 48 hours max, most of the time same day. A big bonus is that they offer FREE wine and mimosas and other drinks if you are thirsty, was more to want? There is a car wash across the street might as well get that done too, and grab a tasty cone from DQ or shawarma if you have a larger appetite. read more
