Taruna's customer service is extremely horrible. She's very rude. Did not greet me even though I've been there about three times altogether. I went there a few times and maybe thought the first two times I went she was having a bad day or something so I didn't think nothing of it. Whenever I would explain to her what I wanted done with my brows, she would completely ignore me and just continue doing my brows. I also noticed that she doesn't change the string that she uses to thread my brows and used it on my sister right after she's also very heavy-handed and was cutting me with the string after I told her be careful. I have very sensitive skin. She was very dismissive. the last time I went to her I took a picture of myself in the mirror and she walked up to me and told me why am I taking a picture and to ask to take a picture next time? I'm not sure why I needed to ask to take a picture of myself. Also, the place looks very old and has lots of outdated stuff and lots of fake fragrances for sale which is kind of confusing which is a threading and henna storefront. her work isn't so bad which is why I'm gonna give it one star however, her customer service is terrible. No paying customer should be treated that way if you're paying money to get a service done you should be able to talk about how you want your brows done and not be ignored and rushed. read more

Honestly. I really liked this place but everytime I come in it's like they don't want to do the service because I get my whole face threaded. It's very frustrating and embarrassing. I'm paying for the service and they always try to take people ahead of me also. I'm over it and myself and my family are not coming back here. UPDATE: Changing my review to 1 star. No way it should look like this (right pic) after only 3 days, ESPECIALLY when I was careful to avoid prolonged hand washing to preserve it. I've had Henna many many times and it usually lasts at LEAST a week before it starts fading. The pic on the right is after 3 days. I've noticed a lot of the Henna places are cutting corners to cut costs by not using the authentic natural Henna, so I'm assuming that's what happened here. DEFINITELY won't be back though. For $20 (plus a 15% tip) it should've lasted WAY longer. Total rip-off. read more
