The first time I went, it was a great experience. I loved my eyebrows. I always tip three or four dollars. This time I went and the young lady left a gap in the front of my eyebrow. I just noticed it right now. Usually the service is great, but just make sure to check before you leave.

Unfortunately, I'll have to start the process of regrowing them again. Pros: I've heard great things about Vida (who I intended to do my eyebrows). So, I am willing to come back for her and I can't judge the whole place off of one girl's service. Cons: I had to leave the with uneven brows. Ladies, eyebrows are a tough service to get. Remember there's nothing a little make up can't cover up.

I visited on Sunday around 4 without a reservation. Only one staff was available and there were two people ahead of me. But wait was not so long since they were just getting sevice for eye brows. I am pleased with my eyebrows looking great! read more

This is THE ONLY place I come to. I partially live in Las Vegas and I dread when I cannot make it in. I only see Vida and if I have to see anyone else it would be her sister Nahida. They are the only two. I will be so upset if they leave. I always book online and I can get out within 15mins. Service is amazing with these two ladies. I will say someone else did my brows, an older lady and it was the worse and she complained about my brows. I just steer clear of everyone but vida and nahida. Overall my favorite and won't change! They make me a whole new person read more

I throughly enjoyed my experience at Super Brows - La Mesa. Selda was very kind and welcoming when I entered. I asked her to just clean up my eyebrows and she did that perfectly. She is very fast. She gave me the mirror and I thought she did a great job but she went back to clean up the tail of my eyebrow some more. I appreciated her thoroughness and her incredible customer service. Excellent experience with this place up to yesterday. Threading person went back in to fix patchy work along the upper cheek and helped herself to less than professional tugging of the eyelashes with a dirty string that promoted an eye infection. The difficult to treat issue has set me back with multiple UC and ER visits and lack of medical care from staff who appeared, at a glance, to be very professional and knowledgeable. Antibiotic request for subcutaneous eyelid infection that spread into the eye is now getting worse. read more

I don't often have a poor experience here. they're kind people but I recently had an experience where my brows didnt end up looking great how they usually would. I still paid and tipped them. One of the workers later called me personally and offered a full refund and for me to come back and have my eyebrows redone. He was kind and very respectful considering I was a bit upset. What a gem! I had no idea this place existed until I began the hunt for a new threading salon. I like that it's in the mall so there's no worrying about parking, you can get in and out of there in about 15 minutes. It's very small, clean, and I had no wait on a Friday afternoon. Sakina was my threader and she cleaned me up with precision and a gentle hand. I'll be back! read more

HORRIBLE!!!! I will not ever return! The younger lady destroyed my face, leaving me a cuts and even some blood after getting my eyebrows threaded. This has never happened to me before. I will never recommend this store for treatment. read more

I come here quite often now. Being at the grossmont shopping center is a big plus; no parking issue, you can also do other shopping before or after you go there. Store itself has almost no wait time, easy to make appointments, they are also welcoming the walk-ins. I usually get a full-face treatment. I think I've tired pretty much all the providers. My last experience was by Katherine last Tuesday. She became my favorite. She goes slow, which is perfect. I have very sensitive skin. With her, I didn't get any irritation after the treatment. I also felt she took care of me more. She was more focused on details and making sure she didn't miss any hair. I love it. I'll go back there, that's for sure. Selda is sweet and AMAZING at doing eyebrows. I am so hesitant going to a new place - initially I was driving out to Hillcrest to get my brows done, but between their wait times, no online appointment making + scary parking in the area, getting my brows done at the other place was becoming hassle. I followed my gut (and the good reviews) to Super Brows (which has online appointments AND a massive mall parking lot) getting my brows done has been a breeze. Grew my brows out for months to have a clean full shape. Explained to Sakina before she started to not remove a lot and to keep it thick. She agreed and then proceeded to annihilate my entire left brow. I would not recommend Sakina, as it is clearly difficult for her to follow simple instructions. read more

They don't have respect to others I used to come to this place for threading because they are fast and they were work good. But today I went there and the moment I stepped in there my sone who is 2 years screamed out of joy as saying hello to the people in the store since he doesn't speak yet. And one of the workers looked at him like she is so annoyed from him and turned her face in a rude way. Messaged them to make an appointment on Yelp but got told to do it on their website, so I tried that. I found out I had to make an account and link it with Facebook or Google and my email or whatever and I didn't want to so I decided to do walk in, since it said walk ins were accepted. Went to the location and it was empty. A lady eventually came out behind a closed door and stared at me. I asked for an eyebrow appointment and she pointed at a computer. I put in my phone number and zip code while she watched, and when I finished she told me to sit down. She did my eyebrows without saying a word. When she finished, instead of handing me a mirror, she just stepped away and stared at me. I asked if she was done and she said yes. It was weird. Paid $15 with tip for getting threaded eyebrows that took less than 3 minutes... seemed like a lot to me. I can't get over the fact that I had to check myself in (why did they need my phone number and zip anyways?) while she just waited doing nothing. I get it if it's really busy to hold my place in line, but it seemed pretty useless and weird. I wouldn't come back or suggest this to a friend. read more

I was recommended this place and I was super hesitant because I have been going to the same place for four years- but it was a great experience! Parking is easy because it is in a large shopping complex. I showed up, signed in, and was seated right away. Vida did my eyebrows. I told her what I'd like for my eyebrows, she gave me her input and she was done in less than 10 min! It was a quick and clean job. The salon is clean too. I'll definitely be back! read more

Vida cleans my eyebrows up nicely keeping them at the desired thickness and consistently maintains the shape. I recommend Vida for eye brow threading. I had mixed feelings about coming here just because I've had such good and bad experiences. Let me tell you, I come back here every week or so because of VIDA. She's bomb! I made the mistake of going to someone else there and when I came back to Vida she asked me if I tweezed my eyebrows. I said no oop! I didn't have the heart to tell her that her own coworker did my eyebrows days before vida did. When her coworker did my eyebrows they grew back the next day! But with vida I can wait a week. My eyebrows grow like bamboo! So I have to go pretty often. If you go here, make sure you book an online appointment! And with Vida! She'll take good care of you! read more

Just went hear, it was a very awkward experience. The girls just stare at you without so much as a "can I help you". I asked if I needed an appointment for eyebrows and the girl just sitting down said "check in". I saw a tablet so I checked in there. One girl came to do my brows and the other just stood and watched. Zero small talk, not even a smile. She did an ok job and I paid. I got a have a nice day after tipping. The other girl resumed her spot in her chair buried in her phone, she said nothing as I left. I won't be back. read more

The last time I came here was Pre-Covid and I didn't really bother to go back because of the service I had. But I really wanted to find a threading place that was close by where I live. So, when I came back to Super Brows, I was warmly greeted and serviced by Martina! She asked me to check-in on their computer system, which was actually a cool and efficient way to know what you're expected to pay and the estimated wait time. I got my upper lip and brows done and she did them really well! She was really sweet and friendly too. All was $21 not including tip. I think brows was $12 and lip was $9. I've waited long enough to write a review for this place but I think it's time. I've been coming here for almost 2 years now & I love it!! At the beginning I had my eyebrows done by different girls, but now Martina is my girl!! She's awesome. I usually give an eyebrow place one chance...maybe two. If they ruin my brows, I never ever return. Because for me, one hair taken out of the wrong place will look like I have a hole in my eyebrows, b/c they're thick & dark. So...when I first moved here, I needed to find a threading salon; been threading them for years. Tried a few places, in El Cajon, even one in Hillcrest, but wasn't completely satisfied. Then I found Super Brows, I had them done but one of the girls, won't mention names. They came out good enough for me to return but still wasn't super impressed. Went back a few times til I had them done by Martina, she was really good, cleaned them really well; I didn't want the shape to be changed but they weren't trimmed enough to stand out. So the second time, I explained to her what I wanted, she listened..very patiently, did exactly I wanted, didn't thin them out, and after she's completely finished, even if I wanted her to take out another hair, or fix the shape in any way, she's more than happy to do it. She won't roll her eyes or show that she's irritated in ANY WAY! And yes, many ladies do that if you comment about something after they're finished (I mean in general, not specifically this salon). I have read a couple of reviews about this salon being dirty...WHAT!?!? It's really nice & clean and if you're bothered by them using the brush on your face to clean up the hair, you can just ask for a tissue! I am very satisfied with the service I receive at this salon & hope I would never have to look for another one. read more

When I was 15, my mom took me to some local salon to have my bushy eyebrows waxed. Well, I would have rather the bushy eyebrows over the terribly wonky, over-waxed brows that I left with. After that, I plucked my eyebrows for several years. That is, up until now. After hearing my girlfriends rave about the eyebrow threading that they do at Super Brows, I decided I was totally sick and tired of plucking and that I would give this place a shot. My eyebrows grow back fast, so I thought I'd take the chance. My first impression of Super Brows was that it's very very clean and the people who work there are friendly. I had no idea what to expect with the threading but I was absolutely shocked by how quickly the woman did my brows. It was like, zip zap and they were done. She asked me if I wanted to look in the mirror to see if I wanted anymore taken off and, hallelujah, they were perfect!! I was so pleasantly surprised with threading and by the obvious skills that this woman at Super Brows has. I'm a pretty big wuss and, although there was a little bit of pulling and pinching, it wasn't any worse than when I pluck at home. Maybe the woman at Super Brows is exceptionally gentle, I don't know, but I will definitely be back for another threading session. read more

Super brows is absolutely the best if it's your very first time or trying someplace new this is 100% the greatest spot to go you will not be disappointed. Always amazing results with Martina. I brought my teenage daughter in for her first eyebrow threading, and while her brows turned out great, the overall experience was disappointing. The staff didn't seem very welcoming, and the woman who helped us seemed disinterested. After we tipped a generous amount, we noticed her roll her eyes to a coworker, which felt really disrespectful. First impressions matter, and sadly, we didn't feel valued as customers. We'll be finding another place with better customer care. read more
