I didn't win the raffle but the winner wanted a wax, nothing more. Reina's couldn't do this so she offered the certificate to me as she knew I really wanted microblading done. The winner told me the business had verbally approved the transfer-- as they should seeing as it was hers to do with what she pleased after winning! Moving forward..... so I buy this GC... I'm stoked! Next day I contacted Reinas to book, told them I was the one who purchased raffle ticket from winner.... Etc. Lady told me this was being offered by artist Nazzii. I requested her insta.. all checked out... and that very same day she had a cancellation! I was then told to shoot her a text of my brows before the appointment. I then text the photos to Nazzii and immediately she said she doesn't work on brows done by previous artists. Kind of weird since it's a SEMI PERMANENT tattoo that calls for touch ups every 2-4 years (depending on skin type, sun exposure, etc etc.). And In my case, it'd been over three years... ANYWAYS....that was pretty much it. No mention of corrective options, removal, or starting fresh. Just statement that she doesn't work over other artists TATTOO* (ahem-- I don't have tattooed eyebrows!) followed by a message stating that "Microblading is a natural individual hair stroke on natural brows". .....yes this is correct.... And your point is.....???? Pshh Her alternative offer: one brow tint. One brow tint. For a $600 certificate. Ya know... if terms and conditions were disclosed prior to the raffle....All would be fine. And come on ---The original winner couldn't even swap it for a basic brow wax (which is fine they only thread)..... but the fact I couldn't use it for the service it was issued for... no no no. And the business's solution was a single tint service worth maybe $20. In conclusion........Before booking, I'd suggest reading the review directly before mine on this page -- it appears to describe a very different policy about working over previous brow work. Make of that what you will. Zero stars if Yelp allowed it.

I always get French tip on my toes and the line work is perfect, and they NEVER chip. Also, it's very relaxing inside cause you're usually the only patron there or there's maybe one other person so it's calm while you're there. I will say that the salon itself was very clean, organized, and welcoming. The seating was extremely comfortable, and my lash tech was courteous and attentive. During my appointment, the lash tech mentioned that my natural lashes were thin and offered to sell me a lash serum. I completely understand that my lashes are thin--that is actually one of the main reasons I get lash extensions in the first place. However, what caught me off guard was when she told me, "Your lashes are very thin, and I don't think I can do lash extensions next time." I have been getting lash extensions for the past 20 years and, in all that time, I have never been told by a lash technician that I would no longer be able to get extensions simply because my natural lashes were thin. I understand that lash health is important and that a technician may have concerns about the condition of someone's natural lashes, but the way this was presented left me feeling discouraged and confused. Perhaps there was a genuine concern about the health of my lashes, and if so, I would have appreciated a more thorough explanation and guidance about what specifically she was seeing and why she felt extensions might not be appropriate going forward. Instead, the comment felt a little surprising, especially after being offered a lash serum because of the thinness of my lashes. Overall, the salon was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the lash tech was very courteous. I truly wanted this experience to be a great one, which is why I was disappointed that I left feeling uncertain about returning.
