(Probably the only positive in this review) - 3 year old running around in the store and literally climbing on my chair while I'm getting my service - cartoons playing the background, she stopped to open snacks for her kid during the service - I purposely grew out my eyebrows to get them reshaped, she made them way too thin and different shapes. And the end said "well I can't put hair back so we're just going to have to let that one grow out" ??? Honestly the most horrendous eyebrow threading I've been too, nearly left in tears because of how awful my eyebrows look after. read more

Rania is the best in SD! I've been going here for about 4yrs prior to the pandemic! Never I was disappointed I always leave with happy face I don't even need to tell her to adjust something! Now, she knows me well and knows what I want so I don't even tell her anything. Another reason that keeps me going there, Rania is very professional and polite never asks about your personal life like almost everyone in beauty industry which I don't tolerate at all. I do lashes lift with her every two months or so and always amazing result plus she adjusts to my phobia about closing my eyes so I don't sitting on the chair and honestly I cheat a lot and try to open my eyes however she's so understanding and keeps make adjustments as needed. Purchased the classic set through Groupon. I was trying to learn more about lash extension and asked her about what glue she was using, the kind of curl, and length. She was weird about answering those questions and then said that she only has 1 type of lashes for classic, which seems odd... The place seemed clean but i wouldn't say relaxing. Her toddler was screaming from his play area occasionally and she would go to soothe him for a bit then come back (without sanitizing her hands). I was just going to put up with it, working mother and all. But then she took him OUT of the play pen and let him run around the shop, including into me and my chair, while she's got tweezers millimeters from my eye ball. She apologized one time when she finally stabbed me in the eye lid because he ran into her. Like another review said, she was VERY rough with the spoolie throughout the treatment. I was hoping that would mean that the lashes are at least going to stay ON. Nope. They started falling off almost immediately, see pics. I also expressed concerns when she was done that the lashes seem to be ON the lids as well as the lashes but she said that they weren't. She said she can take them off if I'm not happy with them but will need to charge me for it. I ended up buying remover 4 days later and took them off myself because it has gotten so painful she so obviously that she glued them to my lids. What a waste of time and money. read more

Wow! I've dreamt about having my brows look this beautiful. I've always had bad experiences with my brows. My brow hairs grow downward, so its really hard to get them to stay in place and look nice. I wanted to try brow lamination but really didn't know where to look. I decided to try Rbeauty because of the reviews and I'm so so happy I did. It's definitely a no-frills salon. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! This was my first eyebrow tint experience and it was awful! I was hoping to pamper myself a bit but instead when I arrived there were cartoons blasting and her daughter, albeit sweet, was running around demanding snacks. Now I let it go because she mentioned a stylist called out and I assumed she didn't have time to find last minute child care but after reading these reviews it seems like this is just what she does. It was incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL. Now on the actual brow tint... she only had 3 color options and none of them were my shade. I should have just left at this point but I let her proceed. While doing my tint she stained my cheek... she also went between customers and didn't wear gloves or wash her hands. Which is completely UNSANITARY when working near someone's eyes. When it was done she showed me her work and my eyebrows were completely uneven and outlined to almost double the size. I looked like the girls in the eyebrow prank but this was the final result. I got in my car and immediately started scrubbing them off. It was such a waste of time and money not to mention the health risk. The owner is sweet and mentioned she's been doing this for years... but based on what I witnessed she needs to make some serious changes. I really wanted to like this place since it was recommended but unfortunately it's true what they say you get what you pay for . The quality of her work is ehhh my lashes lasted about 2 weeks. Definitely not a relaxing experience my anxiety grew to peak levels it's loud on a busy street while she had the tv blasting on cartoons and a little child running around tapping on the chair and being disruptive while she's working on my eye thinking I'm going to get poked anytime Not a a safe environment. I get my lash lifts from Rania and I think it's the greatest beauty investment I've made for myself. Such good value for $70 lash lift and tint! She even noticed my lashes have gotten longer since my last one. My first lift lasted about 7 weeks! I was afraid they would only last like 4 since I work out at least every other day and I thought being all gross and sweaty would weaken the lift. But i didn't notice some lashes falling until maybe week 5, but they still looked curled in the mirror! She's super efficient and their new space is great! It's super comfy to lay down while she works on your lashes. Honestly, I fall asleep during it's pretty relaxing! Will definitely be coming back in a month or so for my third one :) read more

Rania does an excellent job! I have been seeing her for eyebrows threading since a couple of years now. I really had a bad experience somewhere else with waxing that burned my forehead leaving a scar, ever since I swear by threading, you get less red, less painful, no burn risk ! I also did micro blading in December and absolutely loved the result, took 1h30. By far probably one of my worst experiences. If I could give 0 stars I would! First the location is not that relaxing, she says she's been doing lashes for years but the way she does her work isn't professional. I gave this place a chance because it had some good yelp reviews but not as much on lashes which should've been my sign to not come. She glued the lashes to my skin and they were irritated due to the poor isolation, she was also harshly brushing my lashes n skin with the spoolie during the session. After I looked at them they were super uneven and the inner corners didn't look natural, she said she'll fix them and all she did was pull off my natural lashes to remove the fake ones. I kindly asked her after if she can do anything about it and she told me it was my fault that I wanted volume but I clearly said hybrid and I didn't want them too volume but not classic either. Even after that I was willing to pay full price but just to get a free removal and she said I had to pay for the service and product. I was so upset but I was willing to pay extra because of how irritated my eyes are. She then proceeds to remove them and idk what she did but she made my eyes burn during the removal process. I couldn't handle her harshness, so she stopped and gave me the product to do it myself. Which how am I suppose to do that?! I tried to removed them but it was too painful. My eyes were red & getting blurry to the point I was literally crying because of how bad it was. So for your own safety don't ever go to a cheap little salon, the prices at a luxurious location where they only dedicate in lashes is worth it since they actually do their work properly. read more
