I needed a last minute eyebrow clean up. This place is local so I thought I would give it a shot. I walked in and their was only woman working, who did not greet me. I took a seat. The salon was clean and after about 10 minutes, the gal asked me to be seated. I had not tried threading before so I was waiting for her direction. I guess she assumed I knew what to do because rather than communicating, she just stood there. After she started, I was done in approximately 8 minutes.... which seemed fast to me. I paid, and left. When I checked them out in the mirror, they didn't look much different and I had a ton of stray hairs. I was definitely disappointed. The pros- local, relatively quick service, clean and affordable. Cons- the customer service, and the end result. I can't say I'd never return, but if I had the time I would go elsewhere. read more

This is only in regards to my 2nd visit. My first visit was fantastic, the owner was super sweet and my brows looked great! At my second visit...i was seen by another lady, it was more painful than usual, and to my surprise i get the hand held mirror and see myself... only one of my eyebrows looks like it was ripped off! Half of it was missing and when i walked in i had both eyebrows fully outgrown for the sole purpose of having them look fantastic after my visit...i quietly stared at myself, paid, and walked out...even if i complained my eyebrow wasnt going to magically grow back :'( ...i had to go buy an eyebrow pencil to fill it in! ($7 extra) im sure the owner does a great job, not sure if im brave enough to go back... The worst part is my brows are already shaped, just needed a cleaning, ill just pluck away i guess. read more

I've been coming here since they opened. All the ladies thread well, never any problems. The last two times I've came it's been a little frustrating. The business owner asks customers to pay in cash. The last two times I didn't have cash. So when I went in today same thing, asked if I had cash this time, I didn't. I asked her are you guys only taking cash now ? She replayed no but it's been slow because of Covid so we're asking to pay with cash to avoid bank fees...... ummmm every other place is encouraging card pay to stop the spread of the virus.
