Just got my brows done. It's been months! They've missed her! She has moved to a new location. Fairly easy to find, I forgot to take a picture of her entrance but i think it says "Luxe" over the door. Schedule your appointment online and then you'll get an email and text confirmation with all the info. She locks her doors between clients. So no interruptions. She's very nice and sweet, she listens to your brow needs. She even went a step further to ask how I normally put my make up on. I told her I'm not good at makeup at all and she taught me an easy two step way which included a brow tint from Kelly baker (?) that she sells in her shop. She put it on me first of course, so I could see if I liked the product. She also offers lip wax and other services. I forgot to check in ahead of time and didn't realize she was offering a $5 discount on Yelp. So don't forget to check in, she may be offering something. Got a brow job from her a little over three months or so ago and am still recovering from a less than stellar job by her. I prefer a natural look with a lean towards the thick side. I expressed this to her yet instead got a super defined arch with a noticeable decrease in thickness and weird dispersing of volume (my front was thinner than the middle). She is trained by Anastasia which shows since it seems like she has that standard, kinda tacky angular stencil like shape that she falls back on. What really turned me off was her lack of humility and easiness with arrogance. The whole time she was doing my brows she was bragging about her method and why everyone else sucked in comparison. It was annoying and actually backfired when her own hype about herself didn't quite measure up. Overall totally over priced ($40 + tip) for a sketchy location, mediocre skill and cheap products (powder she used on me looked super chalky). read more

OMG, ok so I stopped going to Alexis because I relocated. Worst mistake of my life. When she first started doing my brows I received sooo many compliments and let's be honest they were amazing. Anywho, I've never lost her number and recently she did my nieces brows... Again her work was flawless. So I've made the decision to start coming back to her! !!!!NEW CLIENTS BEWARE!!!! She is very rude when you're not her regulars. I found her through Instagram and was hoping to find someone in San Diego to help with my brows. Before my appointment I was having trouble finding her shop and when she told me where she was located I asked where should I park since it was all street parking. She came off like I was stupid and told me to just park in front when there was no spots left! When I finally found a parking spot and walked in which made me 5 mins late from my appointment she didn't greet me or instruct me on what to do rather kept talking to her other client that was obviously a regular. As I stood there for another few minutes she finally just told me to lay down in her chair. She started asking question in what I want and I told her I just want to do a re-arch and clean up. She told me my eyebrows where to angular and not cute and begin to question where I use to get my eyebrows done so I told her I always get them threaded. She began to say makes sense like she had a problem with the way middle eastern shape their brows. I thought my brows where fine aside from the the hair that were growing back in. She burned the bottom of my left brow towards my eye and I told her it was a little hot, her response was "Oh really? This is the temperature I do to all my clients" And just kept waxing. When she finally finish the waxing she started to begin the filling in process this is where I should've asked for a mirror. She begin to explain to me what she is doing and what product I use to do my own fill (Anastasia dip brow) she said I should stop using it cause it damage my brows. What the F****? I ignored her comment, she finally finished and showed me the mirror. My brows look exactly the same but just cleaned up and thicker than needed from the powder. I got up cause her other client was already waiting and headed towards the chair. I finally paid I was not happy with the service and the price. I basically paid someone $40 plus $10 tip to clean up my brows and fill/draw them in for me to be wiped off. Ladies if you're new to her and not her regular beware of these review because some are her own loyal clients. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. For the price I paid and the service plus attitude I receive i won't be back. read more

Alrighty, so my eyebrows have always been a disaster to say the least. I went on yelp and did some research and with the awesome reviews she had I was pretty sold. I went in and talked to her and she was so so helpful with telling me the exact steps of how we were going to get my brows fixed. My biggest problem is that I have what is called an "over active eyebrow" so one is always up and the other one just chills so every time I got it done people would try to match it, and it only got worst. I got some Botox done to freeze my over active brow and now I'm super duper excited to be on this brow journey with the bestesttttttt!!!!
