I've gotten my guy friends hooked onto getting their brows done and we always make it a plan to drive out and get our brows done before a trip. There's a reason why they have a 5 star rating here and it's because everyone here is so professional and kind! I've came here before covid, during, and now and refuse to go anywhere else :)

I seriously cried the second I got in the car. Im still super sad/angry hours later. I gave myself sometime to see if I was like over thinking it but after looking at pics from before im like WOW. Totally ruined my eyebrows. I left looking like I have eyebrows off a Lego headpiece. I guess I got lucky the first time. First pic is from my first review, when they did good. Sabina is an absolutely sweetheart. I appreciate that she took her time with my eyebrow threading and based on my unique shape and hair thickness, she gave her expert suggestions. Hands down best threading place this is prob my 5th visit now and I can't go anywhere else and would probably follow Sabina wherever she went because she is so good at her craft and my favorite part is she's so light handed! I used to dread sitting in the chair whenever getting my brows done, I have a low pain tolerance...and she does it so nice and lightly and perfect and I have think middle eastern/hispanic brows! I had been coming to this establishment for a couple of years. I was long overdue for an eyebrow appointment, having last had them done in October 2023. As a stay-at-home mom, managing the household on my own since my husband's deployment in July 2023 has been challenging. Today, 01/18, I visited the salon shortly after opening, there was one employee serving someone in the chair and a lady waiting before me. The employee who arrived close to 10:30am serviced the customer waiting before me and engaged in conversation. Upon learning the customer had a baby, the employee inquired if MY baby was HERS. I was perplexed by this assumption, given our distinct physical characteristics, (her being clearly Caucasian and me Hispanic)and took offense to the remark. Not only that, but my baby was in her stroller close to ME. Unacceptable. read more

I've been going for a few years, but it's been a while since I've been in. Stopped in today and was surprised by the service - I had my eyebrows threaded, like usual. This time though, there was very little actually removed - and what was removed was incredibly painful.. like one follicle at a time with the added hesitation before each pull. I tried to get up half way through service, but she said she was almost done... and then left half of my hair intact. Idk if it's a new person issue or overall quality took a dip, but this was not the normal experience for the shop. Hoping it improves. read more

Absolutely in love with Ishu. I appreciate her so much. Not only is she so kind, but so skilled!! I had never threaded my brows before going to see her and she was so kind and gentle when I told her. I've been going to see her for months now. She offers a "punch card" so every 10th threading visit is free. Which I appreciate. Great pricing. Cute and clean little shop. I like her work, but she is too pricey. The wait is a bit long which is normal for places like this. The place feels dry and dead there is a few seats and also there is only one screen with tv that plays low music. I wish they add more spirit to it because everyone sitting here looked sad and about to cry. read more

Denise was amazing! I heard that threading could hurt but it didn't hurt at all.!! Waxing was much more painful! I am in for life! This was a great experience and my brows are beautiful. The plus is that is not harmful to your skin like wax. Thanks for a great experience. I will return! read more

I highly recommend getting your brows done here! She is AMAZING. I feel transformed when I leave here. Also I always get my lip done as well. It is a very gentle process and it hurt a lot less than I had imagined. This is the first place I have ever come to get threading done and I will always come here as long as she's open. If you are worried DON'T be, she will take care of you. It is a very nice and clean shop and she is always willing to take you just give her a call ahead of time. Thank you! read more

She truly listened to what I was looking for, made thoughtful recommendations, and carefully explained the entire process. I didn't win the raffle but the winner wanted a wax, nothing more. Reina's couldn't do this so she offered the certificate to me as she knew I really wanted microblading done. The winner told me the business had verbally approved the transfer-- as they should seeing as it was hers to do with what she pleased after winning! Moving forward..... so I buy this GC... I'm stoked! Next day I contacted Reinas to book, told them I was the one who purchased raffle ticket from winner.... Etc. Lady told me this was being offered by artist Nazzii. I requested her insta.. all checked out... and that very same day she had a cancellation! I was then told to shoot her a text of my brows before the appointment. I then text the photos to Nazzii and immediately she said she doesn't work on brows done by previous artists. Kind of weird since it's a SEMI PERMANENT tattoo that calls for touch ups every 2-4 years (depending on skin type, sun exposure, etc etc.). And In my case, it'd been over three years... ANYWAYS....that was pretty much it. No mention of corrective options, removal, or starting fresh. Just statement that she doesn't work over other artists TATTOO* (ahem-- I don't have tattooed eyebrows!) followed by a message stating that "Microblading is a natural individual hair stroke on natural brows". .....yes this is correct.... And your point is.....???? Pshh Her alternative offer: one brow tint. One brow tint. For a $600 certificate. Ya know... if terms and conditions were disclosed prior to the raffle....All would be fine. And come on ---The original winner couldn't even swap it for a basic brow wax (which is fine they only thread)..... but the fact I couldn't use it for the service it was issued for... no no no. And the business's solution was a single tint service worth maybe $20. In conclusion........Before booking, I'd suggest reading the review directly before mine on this page -- it appears to describe a very different policy about working over previous brow work. Make of that what you will. Zero stars if Yelp allowed it.

I've come here a total of three times, and I absolutely love the results each time! I had never had my eyebrows threaded before until I started coming here. Ishu is wonderful! I was looking for a good threading place in El Cajon, i usually do mine at miramar, but its too far and was looking something locally. Then i found this place (so glad i did), they had just opened and the eyebrow is only $7, i bet u cant beat the price anywhere in SD. I usually do cleanupon my eyebrow, but the lady recommended me a slight shape towards the end of my eyebrow, i was like why not, i love my eyebrows and how it turned out. I just loved it.
