Terrible, just terrible. My experience was rushed and borderline highway robbery. I'll never go back. The tech seemed like she was more occupied with her phone & gossiping about some family members & what she wanted to eat and how she couldn't wait to get out of there. Because I was so aggravated with the service, I opened my translator app and finally put two and two together. That's how I got this info....and she wished I would've kept my nails longer, so she could upsell me I was over it then and ready to go. read more

Had an appointment at 10am Today and let's just say there were 10 other people Who had appointments at 10am. There are other nail Salons that are open who do a better job then this Place. Last Time I was here My nails are uneven, they don't even clean under your nails, File them to make sure they are even with your other nails. There's other places open that are better then this place read more

Had a terrible experience with the nail tech(Anna). She was really rude and scolded me for asking twice to cut my nails shorter(before any of the top work was done). Now a week later two of my nails came off with a third one almost there too. I paid $60 for Gel X and not happy at all. I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. read more

Bad experience. Obviously times are tough right now. Both on sides consumer and vendor. However, completely unsatisfied with the work I had done on 1/22/21. Gel pedi and dipped mani. First time at Bella. 1/23 had a chip on my right pointer. No big deal wasn't big enough so I just filed it to remove the chip also noticed gel was not holding on to one of my toes and another was a bit lumpy (thought to myself; it's fine not to bad just don't go back). Few days later right middle finger chipped as well. Too big could not file it down. Decided to call one 1/29 and see if they can fix it. Of course they said yes they'll fix it. Went back that day and they fixed my right middle finger and my 2 toes. Now from 1/29-2/1 is the rest of the damage is what you see on my pictures. At this point I'm over it. Not sure if it's the nail tech, material quality or what but I'm taking it as a loss. They do not refund I asked. However they did continue to offer to redo my nails however I obviously see what type of job was done on my hands and I really don't feel like going back every week to get them fixed. I understand a hiccup here and there but not my entire set. read more

I was searching for a nail salon when a friend recommended Bella Nails and Brows. I am so glad they did! I've been going there for several months now. Everyone I've interacted with have been so nice and my nails always look phenomenal.The pricing is on par with other salons I have tried. My husband says they give the BEST pedicures (and he is a pedicure snob haha). My kid even loves to get their nails done there as well. 10/10 would recommend. read more

A a DEFINITE no for me and i will not return or recommend. The first red flag should have been when I walked in and most of the work stations are empty no employees! The lady who did my toenails did less than a mediocre job on my feet. Quick and hurried not relaxing at all. I did not see her use clean tools after finishing up on the last person. ( I'm praying that I do not get a fungus or infection). She drilled of my polished with a pointy tip and now i have grooves and ridges on my toenails!! After she rushed through my pedicure she went to get a warm towel and as she walked back she wiped down her arms!! Disgusting. The place is dirty. They had rolls of toilet paper on their carts to use between your toes! The towels that are placed under you feet were cut in half and raggedy and dingy. I would never get my nails done here. I didn't get a name BECAUSE I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Then when it came time to pay my total was $15 extra when I asked why she said gel is $15 for toes I told her I've never been to a shop where gel was more than $10. I did not see it posted anywhere that it is $15. $10 yes I will pay but $15 never. That explains why the shop has no customers. But they have several signs posted stating that they have the right to reuse service. Do better!! read more

I have been here maybe 2 times before but I tried really hard to like these nails but they're not what I had asked for and the white nails have bumps so I will be going elsewhere today to get them fixed. They did do my daughters nails really cute and where really friendly and nice. When they where shaping and doing my nails some other ladies came in and all three demanded to be attended to at once and where very rude so I think that flustered her. But for the tip I left I totally expected to love my nails but I don't the underneath of the tips have build up she forget to take off as well and tbh I'm just not happy with them *update will go in later today see if they can be fixed here if not I will update where I do go* 2/25/23 Update came in with my daughter again and they where able to fix the previous issues I had with the overhand of acrylic underneath my nails and they did a design to my liking. read more

Was in the market for dip nail and was recommended Bella Nail by a friend. I've been three times, had three different nail technicians, and have had amazing dip nail done by all! Even though I was new to the shop, each time I visited the ladies made me feel like a lifelong friend. Not to mention my dip stayed on for 4 weeks each time which is always a miracle. I will just leave pictures, so you can be the judge but hands down ugliest nails I've ever gotten. One picture is what I asked for and the other are the results. They're also super mean and passive aggressive for no reason. Also when I asked for her to fix my nails, they were so annoyed... like go find a different job then girl. I came here so i can get my nail needs met and they were not. I'm going to try and fix them at home. They also didn't have a single conversation with us until the last two minutes, probably wanted to be memorable for a tip. I wish I would of left them zero tip. $85 not worth it!!! ZERO STARS IF I COULD I am so upset. My first time coming here and first time getting nails since quarantine and my nails are HIDEOUS. I ask for medium to long length, and I get short stubs! They're UGLY as hell! And I'm SO upset. I did not want to pay for these at ALL. I will NEVER come back here again. I told her they were not what I wanted and she ripped them off and told me I could pay for just the pedicure. She had me soak my nails off for an hour and kept telling me "little more little more." THE ACRYLIC PEELED OFF IN THE BOWL AND MY HANDS ARE EXTREMELY DRY. Cindy is unprofessional. Customer service is TERRIBLE. read more

I got a full set with stiletto shape and it came out okay. The shape and size of each nail was a little inconsistent. My cuticles is any nail prep of a regular manicure was not done. I always get a gel pedicure so it can last longer and I can wear heels without worrying the paint will chip. Well the paint on both my big toes were chipped off after the first day. read more

Worst nail salon experience ever! I came in with my mom and sister and they instantly took them in for pedicures. I came in for a full set. I assumed the next lady available would take me but she didn't. She took the walk in after me. I thought to myself it's okay, i'll just wait. She took in another walk in right after. So, I started complaining to my sister and that's when one of the ladies finally decided it was time to help me. At first she was doing okay, but i noticed she was kinda rushing. And when she applied the acrylic it was okay and i kept assuming she'd fix the shape at the end. But then she started drilling the acrylic. She kept digging her nails into my fingers. She drilled my cuticles off, which was extremely painful, and my pinky started bleeding. I only noticed this when i went to wash my hands. I just told myself it's fine and i just want to get my nails done and leave. She applied 4 layers of gel in total, and was extremely rushed towards the end and didn't even look at my nails to fix them! They were wobbly and goopy and crooked and thick. I had to go home and file them myself and when I was filing them it was extremely painful when the file would touch my cuticle or the sides of my fingers because of how bad she drilled them. I don't think i'll ever come back here. I never get my nails done and wanted to do something nice for myself, and just wasted $40 and my time. also think it's funny how i wrote this review days ago and yet no one has responded on it. shame on you read more

Came in for a pedi yesterday came early and they wanted to start on me I told them can I wait for my friend to start the same time nina you my appt is at 4pm i came at 3:45 they insisted I should let them do me first I said no and they other lady said why are you not doing her pedi she said because she want to wait what do u want me to do she wants to wait so they left me and my friend waiting fie 20 or 25 min past our appt time when she finally start on me it was the worst pedi ever my toes are not fully painted the top coat only cover half of my big toes the massage was so painful! Don't come here! Unless you want to wait 25 min for a 10 min shit pedi! Waste of my time and money plus the other lady cut my friend! Thank god she didn't cut me! I don't want a infected toe! How is this place still open?? They over charge and change their prices for every person judging them by what they think they will pay. I've had fills from 38$ to 55$ between myself and my sister and my friends all in the same month and we did the same exact thing. When I questioned them the 3rd time I went there about their prices they got flustered lied and said my nail was broken and they had to replace it and that has never happened. Also they are extremely dirty and that's the biggest reason why I wouldn't step a foot in place again. I'm shocked how they are still opened and the health dept hasn't closed them down. read more

Highly priced . They have their customers wait for a long time before they get serviced . If you get your nails done you're better off with Kim doing them. When they do your feet be sure they don't cut your skin too. Also the lack of customer service is very noticeable read more

I have since become a regular at the Nail Studio of San Carlos. My technician is Wendy ("Hang") and she is wonderful. Very efficient, and she does a perfect job on both my manicures and pedicures. In addition, Kevin, at the door on the weekends, offers a very gracious welcome. It felt like the focus was on getting customers in and out as quickly as possible rather than providing the quality service this salon used to be known for. The work was rushed, careless, and not at all what I've come to expect from this salon. I hope management takes this seriously. If the salon is going to increase prices or promote upgraded services, the quality and attention to detail need to match. Based on today's experience, I'm very disappointed and will seriously reconsider returning.

I totally understand that scheduled clients come first, and I didn't mind waiting since I didn't have an appointment. I do mind the miscalculation of time. At least three people with appointments walked in while I waited. The manager mentioned needing to start them, and asked for another 10 minutes. Every time she acknowledged me after that, she just added more time to the clock, said "thank you for waiting," and kept me sitting. I ended up waiting 54 minutes before finally getting into a chair. I really wish nail salons would just be upfront and say, "We can't take you right now," or give you a realistic time to come back. Once I was seated, the process didn't get much better. To remove my old gel, they insisted on soaking my hands directly in a bowl of acetone. When I asked about using cotton and foil instead, I was told this was faster. After 15 minutes in cold acetone, I just pulled my hands out. It felt like a tactic to stall while waiting for an available tech. During the service, there was too much filing, and I had to speak up because it was actually hurting my nail beds. The cure light burned, too. The space itself is comfortable enough, but it's not a luxury salon compared to other places I've been. They do have a really nice selection of colors and display nails to view. My color turned out pretty initially, but my gel manicure didn't even last a full week before peeling, and my nails ended up breaking down super short. It is a fairly inexpensive salon for anyone wanting budget friendly. I assume the appointments were returning customers based on the welcome in reactions. The effective communication and quality just weren't there for me so I won't be back.
