I decided to give this place a try for a fill. As soon as I sat down I regretted it. I was the only customer in the salon for most of my appt so all I heard were the techs gossiping in their language. My nail tech, Linda was more concerned with her conversation than her customer. She was very rough with the drill. She cut my nails too short. The only thing I like is the color, which I picked. The nails are sloppy. I can't believe a nail tech thought it was appropriate to send me on my way with nails that look like this. They look unfinished and sloppy. I was not satisfied so I will not be returning. read more

There's plenty of parking, I've made an appointment half the time, but half the time I've walked in. I've been helped and taking care of within 10 minutes or less. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They usually always have some sort of music playing in the background and there's a couple of TVs as well. I go for pedicures, and I highly recommend the number two. The seats are very comfortable and spacious. I've been here many of times and I'll keep coming back. I went in for a haircut , the absolute worst hair cut I have ever had ended up going In two times the first time I paid 35.00 and gave a 25.00 tip came home washed my hair looked at it and couldn't what a horrible job the girl did went back the next day the same girl Jen tried to fix it ended up using men's clippers to try and get rid of the fly away ends I had she cut my hair dry both times , never measured any part of my hair to see if it was even I came home tried to forget a bout it also gave another 17.00 tip I looked in the mirror after brushing my hair and it's even worse called to see if they could fix my hair and they said call back tomorrow and talk to a manager but they don't know what time they will be in never ever go there to have your hair cut there probably ok with nails but not hair very unsatisfied customer paid 77.00 for this mess now I have to find a salon to fix this mess this will be a 150.00 hair cut actually trim by the time I'm all done read more

Maggie and Mary did an amazing job and gave my nails a wonderful nod to the Disney 100 celebration look. Today I went back to remove my dip nails and get a gel manicure. Great People! Great haircut! I'm really pleased with the outcome of our visit to simply shear. Although I was nervous when I showed up because our appointment was at 6:30pm and I had a 2 year old waiting to get her hair cut, they did not start her hair until 6:50pm. I would recommend communicate before hand about your child's temperament to make sure and needs are met. The hairstylist wasn't expecting my daughter at two to sit by herself, but she was able to. I have been coming to simply shear for almost a year now, and this is possibly the worst set of nails I gotten here. I am normally not one to leave reviews, but my experience this last time was bad enough to warrant a review. Most of the people working here are amazing and always so nice and super friendly. I seem to unfortunately keep getting the main guy who answers the phone each time. I always get talked out of each color or style I want and he never stops telling me "this is cuter you don't want this instead?" Or when this time I only wanted wanted white and he gives me a hard time about every single thing I want to do with my nails. I asked for French top this time and he told me French tip only looks good on a brand new set. I then asked if we could just do a nude under the white tip to cover any lines from underneath and he said yes but it wouldn't look good. He also can't do any designs but won't tell you that and then tries to do them and they look terrible. My gel pedicure was rushed through and actually painful, I don't remember the name of the women that did them but she rushed through the pedicure so fast. As for my acrylics, one of them already snapped in half 2 days after I got them done. The guy also painted a fiber or possibly a hair (pics included) into one of my nails. Every time I get white gel polish they always get bubbles and look terrible from this place. I'm also always told how my nails are always growing wrong and always crooked and he goes on and on every single time about how much work he has to do to fix them, it makes for a miserable experience. Every time I get him to do my nails there is nothing but complaints about what I want on my nails from him , and him trying to get me to choose something else ,and complaints about how crooked my nails are. I will be finding a new nail shop moving forward as I am always underwhelmed with the finished product from this shop. read more

I went there Thanksgiving weekend of 2024 to get a facial. During the session, I notified her that the stuff she was using on my face was dripping on my eye area and itching. Didn't use cotton rounds to protect my eyelids. After I left, it looked like I had a sunburn on my eyelids and has continued til now (Jan 9, 2025). I've already seen a Dr who prescribed me eye antibiotics, which I've been using the last 2 weeks with no improvement. I've called them and asked to know what she used. The first man said she's off, she will call you Wednesday. No call. Called again today and, you guessed it, she's off today too. In my opinion I would want to know if I did something to cause a client discomfort. I feel like they're dodging me. Don't let them touch your face! I'd give 0 stars if I could. read more

Nail review.. this place does hair too. So let's start off this place was recommended by a family member. Also last minute appointment 30 minutes before they close for TWO pedicures. Graduation emergency because of course who doesn't wait to the last minute to do anything. Did this place turn us away NOPE! They gladly took us in and have been working that overtime even being short staffed. So for the experience: I only got to meet three awesome staff each great for a different reason. Nancy: so she did my toe nails.. she is very gentle with massages .. she did leave a tiny bit of polish on my skin but it was an hour after they were supposed to be closed.. Christine : helped my younger sister and did an excellent job.. she was super kind and tried to call every customer by their name.. she actually noticed that my skin had a bit of polish and cleaned up for me without asking.. how amazing is she!! The ladies that work here are nice, but are not hair professionals in the slightest. I should have left after seeing how messy it was there, but I had a hair emergency so ignoring my better judgment, I stayed for the haircut. I made an appointment and still had to wait about 30 minutes. While I was waiting, I noticed that there was hair everywhere and even though the girls here sweep it, they don't get everything and it doesn't look like they sanitize their tools. Anyway, overall bad feel. Haircut time: I asked for a bob and at first, she was doing a decent job (although she did leave the back a little long) but then came the thinning shears! She really went at my hair with those! She did not use them the right way, snagging and pulling out hairs! I asked her to be more gentle, but it seems she didn't know how to. To sum up, the haircut looked okay at first, but now that it's growing out I'm getting these wisps of hair that are longer than the rest of my hair, due to her overuse of the thinning shears. I will never come here again. I'm going to a better hair salon tomorrow to fix my hair, so hopefully it goes well! tldr: overused thinning shears, incorrectly and haircut was not professional quality. They nickel and dime you. I got a perm for 70.00 and got the back and sides trimmed and they charge 35.00 for a perm. That's ridiculous as far as I know every perm a haircut is included. They also are very rude and treat you like they are doing you a favor they lost me. Also, the lady that recommended me has also quit them on a Saturday. His shaping is PERFECTION - they're not too thick or too thin, not too narrow or too wide. I explained to him I lkle a slight arch on the belly of my nails (I can't stand flat nails).
