I have been a loyal customer of this salon since 2018 and have continued to support the business through three different owners, even though it's a 20-mile drive from my home. I believe in supporting local businesses, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. Less than a week after my appointment, the polish on my toes began peeling and discoloring. It looked so bad that I was embarrassed to wear the open-toe shoes I had packed for a business trip. I tried to remove the polish myself so I could redo it, but I couldn't get it off..I just sent them photos and explained that I couldn't come in sooner because I was traveling for work. When I returned, I expected the salon to stand behind its work. Instead, as my service began, I was informed that I would be charged $30 to remove and replace the week-old polish, even though it had clearly failed prematurely. I also had to have my toes repolished because the original application had not been done correctly. After eight years as a loyal customer, I was surprised that no effort was made to resolve the issue as a courtesy. I wasn't looking for anything beyond having a service that lasted less than a week corrected without being charged again. Customer loyalty is built on trust and service, especially when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that my years of loyalty were not valued. I've tried this place twice, every time my nails peel and they look horrible after two weeks. The top coat base always peels off. I tried giving them a second chance after going to fix my first set only a few days after it was done because the paint began to chip. And it happened again. I will not be giving them a try again, I would suggest having better quality products. read more

This place is my go to every time. They offer you drinks (including alcohol) must be 21 and chips, candy u name it. I walk in a free welcomed. Now talks talk nails. My nails (gel x) stay on for a month at least, I went to Europe for 3 weeks and got my nails done 3 days prior to leaving and two weeks after coming back I finally got a fill. I constantly am active and not gentle and they ALWAYS last forever. They also do designs and the shape is everything to me and they definitely take their time on it and always looks amazing. The space is big, and they offer a lot of services like waxing and tattooing for eyelashes and lips. The staff working on my manicure and pedicure were friendly, but when I got home, my left big toe started hurting. I checked, but there's nothing inside, so now I'm a bit hesitant to go back, even though the technician was nice and checked if everything was okay, and I said it was and gave them good tips. We'll see if I return in the future, just a bit worried about my sore toe after a simple pedicure. read more

I came in for the first time today since I just moved here. Katie was the one who did my nails and she did them so perfectly. Usually other nail salons make my French tips wayyyy too chunky but Katie absolutely ate and delivered. I also got to spin a wheel at the end and I get 10% off my next new nail set! I've been coming to decor nails for several years now. You can't go wrong with any manicurist you get, however Vi started a few months ago and let me tell you about this girl.... She's always done the builder gel I get. My nails LAST!!!!!! I go about 5-6 weeks in between fills and have done about 4 fills with her. Never had so much as a nail chip. The owner responded. And what do you know. She said she was sorry for my bad experience. However, immediately after, she goes on to talk about my experience, reiterating everything I said in my review. But for clarification, I initially assked for the 42$ pedicure, I did downgrade to classic because the woman was doing it in a bad mood. She's not blind I'm sure she looked and saw it in the camera. As for my eyebrows, I didn't feel the wax hot. Obviously the woman must have known something was wrong after the first strip, because she asked me of the wax was hot. Best practice would have been to NOT continue and risk further injury. I didn't feel the burn until she applied the aloe. And for Lan to insinuate I splashed hot water on my face is stupid. Why would I apply hot water to a burned face. You sound dumb, Lan. Lan is the owner so the man must be her husband, he sure didn't act like an owner so maybe they're both just alike. All she needs to do is take some accountability, a little goes a long way. There was no need for the lengthy response. But, then again, all her responses are similar. As promised here is an updated review of Decor Nails & Lashes and let me just say it was a much better experience this time! It only took 1.5 hrs to completely take off my nails and put a new full set on and fix my daughter's designs and shapes (that's including the time it took to choose colors and discuss design). All of our nails look symmetrical, they are evenly coated but not caked with acrylic, and the designs look like the photos! They all were friendly and gave us a free cuticle oil bottle to take home. a small group (4+baby) met up at a new to us salon yesterday. I was excited to see how relaxing and cool it was. I was greeted by friendly faces. they took care of us right away getting us cool drinks & snacks, both complimentary. since I didn't get my nails done only a pedicure I held the baby. they got water for his bottle and even after I was done they were ok with me sitting holding the baby while he slept. Today, Vi did my nails and Linda did my pedicure. I showed them both pictures of what I wanted (almond shape with french tip for my nails and pink with a little design for me toes). Vi did the most beautiful job on my nails. They are all the same length and she took the time to prep my nails beforehand, that's something that other salons fail at. The acrylic was aslo not overly thick and looks more natural on the nail which I love. Linda took her time with my toes, she did not rush through it. She got the design I wanted perfectly and there was no left over polish left on my skin. The massage was wonderful and relaxing too. My 7 year old got her nails done as well and the woman who did them did a fantastic job. She was not rough with her feet and she cleaned up the polish well after painting. My daughter really enjoyed her mani/pedi. I would 100% recommend them and will absolutely be coming back. I can't wait to try some of their other services! read more
