Ed is phenomenal! I installed a Lucid charger and he was great and detailed through the quoting process. Had to move a few things on the panel to make room for a DC charger and he was very thorough, creative, and safe. Ended up with a faulty charger and needed to wait for a replacement from Lucid. Ed didn't even take payment until things were completely done. He followed up regularly (not pushy) to make sure customer service was giving me the right info along with timing for the unit.
