He installed a new light in our laundry room, added a recessed can light in the master bath, and upgraded a few outlets to modern USB-C plugs. Most importantly, he ran four new dedicated circuits for us, completely resolving a frustrating issue where our space heaters kept tripping the breakers. As with any home project, there were a few unexpected scheduling delays due to unforeseen conflicts and illness. What really set Tyler apart, however, was his proactive professionalism. He always gave me as much advance notice as possible and immediately came to the table with a clear remediation plan to get everything back on track. I've always been happy with their work and I like the owner, Massis, and his electrician Trevor. The reason for this review, however, is that recently my home lost all power one night. I called AMZ and they came right over. Massis and Trevor spent several hours checking all the wiring on my panels and solar system, then recommended we reach out to PGE to check their lines. PGE took a few days then responded and told me I needed a new main panel (apparently they're the only ones who can remove the meter to check). I called AMZ but Massis was on vacation! I left a message, and Massis called me back (while out of town). Massis ordered me a new panel and reached out to the city for permitting while he was still on vacation!. Massis came back and AMZ took care of everything from ordering the parts, to permitting with the city, to coordinating with PGE. I had gone several days without power, and Massis made it a priority to get me back up and running ASAP. Finally when it was all said and done, AMZ gave me an outstanding all-in price.
