I had a light fixture that rusted out in our guest bathroom after an issue with the ventilation fan failing. I needed it replaced. I also had issues with 3 ceiling fans that needed replacing. One ceiling fan in the kitchen, one in a spare bedroom, and one in the master bedroom that is high up due to the vaulted ceiling. CJ Bradley's Electric stopped by to give me an estimate and told me to contact him when I was ready. There was zero pressure from him to schedule and the estimate was fair.
