Requested a service call ($125) and they came out same day and were even early. Guys were friendly and fixed it quickly. They however did not present me with a quote first which may have been partially my fault for not making myself clear when they were there - instead went ahead and fixed the issue immediately- usually a great thing but not if they charge way above market rate - they were about to charge me $250 just to replace the gfci - but when I was surprised as went to get the money I came back to them to find that they "checked with the office" and confirmed it was only $185 - after they left I called a couple of other electricians and they all quoted me between 110 -140 for doing the same work. Called To get somebody to fix an emergency ... no one ever officially answered the phone ...Just ringing than a pick up and silence...no hello or nothing..really awkward. I never figured out the guys name. Told him the problem...he said they were busy, which I understood. However he promised that he would call me back within a half hour to let me know if they could get somebody out or if it wasn't going to happen.
