Unlike the previous contractors--one assigned by SLWA and another highly rated local company--Mr. Ed's team took the time to thoroughly investigate rather than guessing or rushing through the job. (Please note, Mr. Ed's was also assigned by SLWA after a continued issue) Adrian from Mr. Ed's was professional, patient, and methodical. Even when their sonar equipment couldn't pinpoint the tiny leak, he recommended a careful exploratory dig instead of making assumptions. During the exploratory dig, both Adrian and Ed (business owner) personally inspected every possible source, including indoor lines and the garage slab, and ultimately identified a combination of a very small leak, a branching pipe, and a faulty valve. I want to highlight that Ed and Adrian are exceptionally knowledgeable, and their extensive experience in the industry is evident. They were able to provide solutions and recommendations that other companies could not. Throughout the process, the office staff was respectful and helpful, especially as we navigated SLWA delays. When it came time for repairs--ultimately out‑of‑pocket--we chose to proceed with Mr. Ed's because of their thoroughness and integrity. Ed and his team completed the work efficiently, cleaned up the site beautifully, and even fixed our sewer cover. The leak is fully resolved, and the sprinkler and main line are now properly isolated. After this experience, we will absolutely be calling and recommending Mr. Ed's Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Considering the quality of "service" and the sheer rudeness I experienced, I am certain they are ripping people off. They claimed they tested everything before leaving, but just 20 minutes later, water started leaking from the supply line. The next day, they returned to "fix" the leak with some blue glue. I have attached pictures. I wanted to wait a few hours to ensure the leak was truly resolved this time, but the owner, "Mikey," spoke to me incredibly disrespectfully, saying, "if I am done with my crap he needs the money." Literally this is what was said to me. This experience clearly highlights how money-oriented and completely lacking in customer service these people are. The way they talk to and treat customers is absolutely unacceptable. They have lost my business permanently. My rating with this experience is 1 star. I just gave additional star because on receiving payment they sent me message that they will follow up next week to see if issue is resolved. But talking disrespectfully to your customers is a complete no no for me.

WATCH OUT! Drain Time Plumbing inspected a slow-draining…read moretoilet and recommended more than $8,000 in repairs, claiming about three feet of pipe and a damaged cleanout needed replacement. DTP said that the line was so damaged that 3ft of exterior piping needed to be ripped out and replaced. Their reasoning was that the cast iron clean out was "cracked" and needed to be replaced. This is the first B.S as the cast iron is just a shroud that covers the cleanout and doesn't carry any waste water. The next BS was that there were no photos of the destroyed pipe that they claimed existed. The 3rd BS was that DTP claimed that the cleanout, located 2ft from the exterior wall, was damaged. Typical cleanouts ARE located here, but mine isn't! DTP didn't even try finding the cleanout as the mulch in the area was untouched. FRAUD!! FRAUD!! DTP wanted over $8,000!I got another plumber to come out, replace my toilet, and problem SOVED for $300 (ALL-IN). These guys will take you if they think you don't know or aren't present.

Once I told him what I needed, he proceeded to give me a time frame for the work to be done and what I could expect. He offered me plenty of options and was willing to work with me on whatever I wanted to do. They showed up exactly when he said he would, his guys were very respectful of the home and and the premises, they came in, worked and left. No messing around! They did a great job fixing (patching up) the walls, painting and cleaning everything up. And once the job was completed he asked me to look around to make sure that I was satisfied and when I did find something that was missed (which was also my bad for not paying attention), I called and he right away took care of it and came over to make sure it was done properly. Job took a little longer than originally quoted due to winter weather/humidity causing texture to take longer than normal to dry, but communication was on point every day to let us what would be done and when. At my work they have upgraded our electrical outlets and installed high efficiency LED lighting both outdoor and indoor. I bought a new stove for our kitchen and the delivery contractor from Best Buy required that the power be altered to the outlet that went to our stove. It needed 110V and the outlet only had 220V. We called Well Done and got an appointment within a week to have it evaluated. Upon seeing the problem the electrician was able to install a new outlet with the proper voltage and even improve the existing outlets in less than an hour. I was impressed with their knowledge and skill. While I am not an electrician, I can see the neatness and confidence when a skilled professional works. Currently we are evaluating for solar upgrades for our business. Well Done is assisting us in the financial planning for the upgrade and assist in getting any necessary alterations to our facility. They will also install he solar panels. If you are considering any sort of electrical work, whether that is upgrading your existing system, installing a new system or even high end green energy systems I recommend Well Done Electric.
