I called Queirolos to schedule an annual inspection on the HVAC units for 4 properties. They called the tenants and scheduled the dates and took care of all of it. I already knew beforehand that one of the properties would be more than just a normal service call as the tenant said there was no cold air blowing. The HVAC technician called me to explain the work that was needed and gave me an estimate. I authorized the work and once it was completed the next day, and it ended up about $40 less than originally expected. It's nice to work with an honest company. I have an older air conditioner that just stopped running in Father's Day. Called them and they came out replaced the control board and totally took apart the unit and cleaned every piece, checked outside fan for freon washed and cleaned it as well, replaced the filter on main unit and now it runs like a top. The young man did a great job, was detailed and thorough and showed great respect all for a great price. I highly recommend them. Not only is the service provided by this company good, they are more than a simple business looking to fleece its customers. When our family was amidst devastating health care cost, Queirolos started their work before payment. They arrived at our home during a terrible heatwave in the summer of 2018 to fix the air conditioning to help my family member that was going through chemotherapy to have a much more comfortable fight. All I can remember is that anything that needed to be done, modified, scheduled tweaked, Queirolo's Heating handled it professionally with kindness, compassion, empathy and decorum. They operate like a business but their is also a sense of community as they seem to generally care about the community they serve. I could not begin to share the things that went on in our home. Stacey always made sure that the proper communication took place and always made sure that everything was done right and that the person that was sick in our home was comfortable during a difficult home hospice. I could never give enough praise or enough gratitude. These people were literally like guardian angels. It was and still is very clear that they run a successful business because of their policies, but I think that they will endure longer than most and hopefully build a larger clients list because they have the merits and fellowship of extended family, not simple profit seekers. Queirolo's is a company you can trust. They know their stuff, they are thorough and honest, and today Tony went above and beyond by coming at 5:47am (!!!) to fit us in around his already tight schedule to fix my mom's AC because it's supposed to hit 107 on Saturday (she's a senior). He had come yesterday to troubleshoot an issue with a brand new unit that another company installed that wasn't cooling right (never, ever use Joe Bryson Plumbing, Heat and AC!). Tony was able to determine that the other company overcharged the unit with coolant, and that there was likely moisture and air in the line (we had just had Bryson's tech come out again and they had assured us everything was fine, but we knew it wasn't). Fortunately, we found a truly qualified HVAC company (Queirolo's) to find out what really was wrong. Tony not only offered to come at 6am today to pump out the old stuff (and moisture/air), but as I said, he showed up early. Sure enough, there was moisture in the line. He ran the suction pump for a couple hours to completely vacuum out the line (while he went off on his scheduled jobs), then returned later to put in brand new coolant and check that everything was working OK. The AC now cools normally, it was cooling to 56 degrees output from the vents in the house. Quierolo's has won us as loyal customers. I felt like they do the work as if it were their own home. And I appreciate that they were willing to fit us in given the excessive heat conditions that are coming this weekend. This is service above and beyond. Next time we'll call Queirolo's, even if we have to wait until we can get on their schedule. They are professional, competent, honest and treat their customers right. read more

Queirolo's is a business you can trust. I contacted them and was given a date and time certain appointment to check my relatively new air conditioning unit. The initial phone contact was handled professionally with Rob. My technician Tony arrived on time (!!) and explained the issue to me as he handled the service call. As it turns out, my problem (a coolant leak) is something that is somewhat common and coolant and dye was added to aid them in spotting the source of the leak in the future. The cooling was not working for the A/C in one rental property in Stockton. I was very impressed with Queirolos's for the professional service and a reasonable charge for the first time in June 2018. However two years later, the replaced capacitor failed 4 times as short as less than 3 months or about 20 months, twice this year (April and July). I was told due to power surge not the parts, any way no warranty even if failed within 3 months. Overall Queirolos's has been able to fix every time and have clear documentations, however for my case, I am quite disappointed with the same issues happened again and again. read more

I gave this place a call 3 weeks ago to see if I could have someone come out and give me an estimate on getting a new heating/air unit put in. It was the week before Thanksgiving, so I was warned that due to the holiday it might take some time for someone to come out. My air conditioner went out in the heart of the summer busy season, just before the 4th of July holiday. Other companies had no one answering phones, didn't call back for days, or couldn't offer a service appointment sooner than Queirolo's. The tech. arrived on the earliest end of the time range for our appt. and provided courteous knowledgeable service. Much like taking my car to the mechanic, the air conditioner decided to work perfectly when the serviceman was here that day! He stayed for about an hour to do routine maintenance on the unit and observe its operation. When he left he did not ask for any payment, but told us to call as soon as we experienced the problem again, or if no further problems occurred they would bill us for 1 hour of service. In the evening, after business hours, the a/c acted up again, and I left a message on Queirolo's answering machine with the information. Q's called me back at 7:45am the next morning and had the same serviceman back at my home at 8:30. He fixed the problem within an hour, even with having to go back to the shop for a part! I'm very pleased with my experience with Queirolo's. I own a few rental properties in Stockton, and have used various other companies - some okay, and one really big, well-known company I had a really bad experience with. I found Queirolo's on Yelp and had consistently good reviews, so gave them a try. It was hot that week and my new tenants called me to tell me the A/C wasn't working. I called and they were out really quickly to look at it and give me various options for repairs or replacement. And they also brought an in-room A/C unit for my tenants free of charge, which made them really happy. The unit was very old and several issues with the way some retrofits had been installed before...so could have been a really easy sale to just say it was all bad and needed to be replaced. They did offer that option, but also gave me a couple of creative options and a really honest evaluation of the pros/cons of saving the money versus replacing the system. I decided to replace the whole system and they were in and out, permit signed off within about two weeks total. For contrast, I had another whole system installed by another company in September of last year, and just last week finally got the permit signed off. Queirolo's system passed the Herz and city permit inspections without any issue - show's the quality of their work was not questioned at all (the other company had to go out many times before either inspection would pass). What a difference! Every single time I called, I either reached Stacy directly, or she replied to my call (or email) right away, and Dave was ultra helpful and easy to work with. Even after the sale, there was one small issue blower fan failed (random fluke issue) and they called my tenant to schedule an appointment to look at it before I even had time to let them know I'd emailed them about it...and they were out the next day and had it fixed that day. Some companies disappear after the sale, or give come-backs low priority, but Queirolo's was on top of it...if anything, more quickly than their initial responsiveness (if that's possible!). I would highly recommend using Queirolo's - I won't call anyone else at this point. read more

Our AC Unit Condenser fan stopped working during the past heat wave. Queirolos did every thing they could to schedule a repair, finding a service technician that could add one more service call on their way home. The tech arrived at 7pm, I am sure way after normal working hours and was able to diagnose and replace the aged and faulty electric motor that cools the condensor. The charges were very reasonable. Our air conditioning coil sprung a leak this last summer after 25 years of service. We have had Queirolo's do annual service for the last few years, but this time we needed to either change out the compressor or upgrade the entire system. Dave came out looked at our house and then offered up some options on the installation. We decided to do the Top Upgrade that Dave proposed. Installation was performed as promissed with prompt daily arrival, complete clean-up daily after the work was done for the day and completion with flawless co-ordination with the City for final inspection. This company is the best. Our A/C went out the beginning of this week, (when it was in the 100's) and it was impossible to get someone out here to check our unit. We had to get the soonest available tech and everyone was booked out a week. We found someone that came by and checked our unit and spent no more than 10 minutes looking at it and said we needed to replace the whole system. Thousands of dollars!! So I decided to call other places and get different quotes. I called Queirolo's Heating & Air Conditioning and he sent someone out that next day, and checked the unit and said it was only a shorted wire and service a/c. He accommodated us by letting us know that he'll come out to replace it sometime this week. But for now he has my a/c running and I am so grateful. Five stars for customer service. I found myself in a bind this morning with no heat, and the contractor who was supposed to come out was a no-show. So of course I went straight to yelp. I called Quirolos and spoke to Stacy - super nice and understanding. I had taken time off work this morning, so it really came down to a time-issue for me: Already lost 4 hours of work and had to go back. HOWEVER, customer service is so important to me, and I really felt comfortable with this company.....so, I will need more work done in January or February and I will go to them then.
