Our air conditioner went out a few weeks ago and we contacted a local company who told us we needed to replace the unit and all of the ducts at a "discounted" price of $25,500 plus an additional $1,000 for each additional register we wanted installed for more air flow. Thankfully our neighbors recommended Alex who came out the following day. After inspecting the unit and ducts, he suggested we replace the unit, but not the ducts as they were perfectly fine - they just needed to be cleaned. Alex sent us his estimate a few hours later which we found to be extremely fair, and we accepted it immediately. The unit was installed a few days later by his team who worked in 100-degree weather.
