In regards to their tech's I have had the same one, Josh, for approximately 3 years. In this 3 year period I have come to regard him as a friend. A friend always cares and is always dependable and Josh has these qualities. Yesterday, I started having issues with my central air and Josh arrived this morning to save my day. After eliminating several possibilities, he discovered there was a blockage that was preventing the airflow. The blockage was due to the coils the coils being completely covered with debris. This past weekend our AC went out during one of the hottest days of the year. I immediately googled "AC repair in Manteca" and this was one of the few places that were open on a Sunday and were able to get someone to come out same day. I cannot express how happy I am that I stumbled upon this company. I purchased a new unit approximately five years ago and started having issues this year only to discover the company I used went out of business. I contacted two of the larger companies, and they essentially tried to have me fix the problem myself. However, I stumbled upon advanced tech, and I cannot believe the responsiveness that I received. They had a technician out, Aaron, that day, who completed a diagnostic and was extremely professional and friendly. Parts were ordered and he came back out to fix the problem and discovered the diagnosis was incorrect and it "may" ( I am not taking responsibility for install incase my significant other reads this) have been a thermostat installation issue. Aaron corrected the issue within 10 minutes and didn't even charge for his "misdiagnosis", which was 100% on me. Truly an amazing company and ask for AARON, just a great person and honest tech! Worst service ever , The tech tells me first that he can't fix the problem because the unit is to old , once I tell him that I just had someone come out last year to add Freon then said I don't have that kind of Freon in my van but says " I can flush what you have in your unit now and add something different " but I can't guarantee it's going to work ‍‍‍ and I can't give you a price of how much it's going to be till once I'm done with the job !!!
