I don't mind paying higher amount but then I do expect quality of work and good customer service . Considering the quality of "service" and the sheer rudeness I experienced, I am certain they are ripping people off. They claimed they tested everything before leaving, but just 20 minutes later, water started leaking from the supply line. The next day, they returned to "fix" the leak with some blue glue. I have attached pictures. I wanted to wait a few hours to ensure the leak was truly resolved this time, but the owner, "Mikey," spoke to me incredibly disrespectfully, saying, "if I am done with my crap he needs the money." Literally this is what was said to me. This experience clearly highlights how money-oriented and completely lacking in customer service these people are. The way they talk to and treat customers is absolutely unacceptable. They have lost my business permanently. My rating with this experience is 1 star. I just gave additional star because on receiving payment they sent me message that they will follow up next week to see if issue is resolved. But talking disrespectfully to your customers is a complete no no for me.

Their initial estimate was for a smaller system so I requested that they provide an estimate for a larger system. The staff was great and provided an estimate for the larger system which I appreciated. On the day of setup, they two employees provided information on the system and were timely and quick in set-up. I appreciated how friendly they were and they provided information on the system. During set-up they notified their might be a power issue related to the system but after discussion with the owner, they determined that the system would be adequately powered. Overall it was a great experience and I believe the system the set-up was a great value. Looking to get lower bills in the summer when the heat cranks up! Only issue that I did not notice till later is that they actually had changed out to from a stealth to a trident but they had upped the version. Initially I was surprised by this but since it was a larger system and it was still able to be powered I did not have any issues.

Thank goodness for Evelyn's caring enough to not let me go away with such an awful experience. ORIGINAL REVIEW Do not work with this company unless you want to be treated like trash by its employees. I made an appointment for the morning of the 16th. The week before my appointment, I received a call asking to reschedule to the afternoon at 230 due to the weather. This was fine, though I told the person rescheduling that the work had to be done by 430 so I could head to an apt. I was told that was no problem because they would be done by then. Appointment day comes, and I get a text message at 230 saying he was on the way. By 3PM with no one here yet, I call the office and speak to Samantha who put me on hold and then told me he was at my house already. I then went to the window after waiting another 10 minutes, to find this massive van parked ON MY LAWN and him sitting in it playing on his cell phone. Walk up to the van and knock on the window. Nicely tell him he was a little late and that I hoped that we could still have things done in time for me to leave at 430, He told me he wasn't late, that his window was to arrive anytime between 230 - 430. I told him that was not what was agreed on when rescheduling and he repeated his window of 230 - 430. So I then nicely told him he was parked also on my lawn. Without word, he simply started the engine, gunned it out of my driveway and screeched down the street. Within minutes I get a call from Samantha, who seemed to have a pretty nasty attitude now, telling me "I have canceled your appointment because you accused the tech of being late then slammed the door on him". I was not even able to correct her story because she kept talking over me, as though she had some false impression she was putting me in my place. So I asked to speak with the manager (Evelyn) who appeared to be shocked and told me this was not how they worked. She said she would speak to them and that was it. So basically, waited weeks for my appointment, which was rescheduled, then wasted an entire day waiting for some disrespectful chump with no regard for people's property to hang out with his monstrous truck parked on my lawn, only to be followed by a call from a severely mistaken little girl with a nasty attitude. Thank you Drain Time! February 8, 2026, (Super Bowl Sunday!!) we had two toilets and two showers…read morerandomly start overflowing water. We needed help asap! I started Googling and called the usual suspects Mr. Rooter and Roto-Rooter.. Both companies were closed and forwarded our calls to their AI agents (which were useless). Drain Time answered and was able to come out immediately! Gabe showed up, battling the rain of the evening, and we explained the situation and he got to work straightaway. Not long after, Mark arrived onsite to help snake our line. They got the line cleared and told us that we'd likely continue having issues (spoiler alert, we did). The pipe from our house to the street was badly deteriorated and needed to be replaced. Pretty sure it was the original from when the house was built 60 or 70 years ago. With scheduling, it took some time to get a new pipe in via pipe burst (trench-less installation. Saved our front yard!). Drain Time was responsive throughout the entire process and came out anytime we needed them to clear our line. Alfredo and Jorge worked on the pipe burst and were great! Drain Time responded to a Yelp quote quickly and were at our house Sunday morning. There was a slight delay due to another emergency and they even offered to come on Saturday evening but we chose the following morning as the leak was slow. The inspection uncovered multiple major issues and we needed to have all our water and sewer piping replaced for our 3 bathroom house on a larger lot (our house is from the 1940s). Over the course of the project, I met between 10-15 employees and every single one was kind, professional, excellent at communication, and respectful of my time and space. They worked so efficiently and always left our house in as clean a state as possible at the end of the day. The owner Tommy was always there to explain every step of the process, talk through decisions, and keep me informed of the many moving parts.
