They fit me in the same day for a leaking toilet. Fast service and would recommend. Other places quoted me more and had me waiting all night

Mr. Ed's Plumbing & Rooter Service

We had a persistent front‑yard water leak at a home we're preparing to sell, and after two plumbing…read morecompanies (and 3 contractors) failed to identify the source, Mr. Ed's Plumbing was finally able to diagnose and resolve it. Unlike the previous contractors--one assigned by SLWA and another highly rated local company--Mr. Ed's team took the time to thoroughly investigate rather than guessing or rushing through the job. (Please note, Mr. Ed's was also assigned by SLWA after a continued issue) Adrian from Mr. Ed's was professional, patient, and methodical. Even when their sonar equipment couldn't pinpoint the tiny leak, he recommended a careful exploratory dig instead of making assumptions. During the exploratory dig, both Adrian and Ed (business owner) personally inspected every possible source, including indoor lines and the garage slab, and ultimately identified a combination of a very small leak, a branching pipe, and a faulty valve. I want to highlight that Ed and Adrian are exceptionally knowledgeable, and their extensive experience in the industry is evident. They were able to provide solutions and recommendations that other companies could not. Throughout the process, the office staff was respectful and helpful, especially as we navigated SLWA delays. When it came time for repairs--ultimately out‑of‑pocket--we chose to proceed with Mr. Ed's because of their thoroughness and integrity. Ed and his team completed the work efficiently, cleaned up the site beautifully, and even fixed our sewer cover. The leak is fully resolved, and the sprinkler and main line are now properly isolated. After this experience, we will absolutely be calling and recommending Mr. Ed's Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

I called JC Plumbing and they came out , replaced the stem and no more leaking. Ed's should be ashamed of trying to scam me out of money. You should be embarrassed how your company works. I have the written estimate so I can file a law suit on you. Do NOT trust this company. I paid $260 compared to $1200 dollars. Rip off company. Go through the wall , my ass.

Whether you're a home/business owner - AccuFlow/Mike is professional, knowledgeable and reliable. I…read moresent out a service request for a waterheater issue to nearby plumbers on Yelp late at night and AccuFlow was the first to respond and the first to contact me back to continue the conversation the morning after. Early bird gets the worm (and my business). I went through several other businesses for quotes/consultation and some provided more affordable options - ultimately I decided to go with Accuflow because I had confidence they were able to get the job done with zero hiccups. The water heater was replaced and the job was completed a little after noon. Potential headache that could have lasted all weekend but Accuflow was efficient. Money well spent for the headache saved. Thanks Mike!

Stay absolutely clear of this company. They installed a new water heater and charged an outrageous…read more$900 for labor alone. I don't mind paying higher amount but then I do expect quality of work and good customer service . Considering the quality of "service" and the sheer rudeness I experienced, I am certain they are ripping people off. They claimed they tested everything before leaving, but just 20 minutes later, water started leaking from the supply line. The next day, they returned to "fix" the leak with some blue glue. I have attached pictures. I wanted to wait a few hours to ensure the leak was truly resolved this time, but the owner, "Mikey," spoke to me incredibly disrespectfully, saying, "if I am done with my crap he needs the money." Literally this is what was said to me. This experience clearly highlights how money-oriented and completely lacking in customer service these people are. The way they talk to and treat customers is absolutely unacceptable. They have lost my business permanently. My rating with this experience is 1 star. I just gave additional star because on receiving payment they sent me message that they will follow up next week to see if issue is resolved. But talking disrespectfully to your customers is a complete no no for me.

The guy that came out was professional, did a great job, and walked me through the process (which was exactly as I was told on the phone). The problem is how my wife noticed our spigot was leaking outside... and AFTER the guy fixed it, my wife asked if she could just leave the water on and just close the hose nozzle when shes done using it. So we fixed a leak that we wouldn't even had notice should my wife had a thought a day earlier. Sigh...

As great as that was, i should have done more estimates as they charged way more than it should have been. Word of advice, get a toilet through a store, then have them install it for cheaper. Anyhow a different tech came to put the new toilet in. He was nice and did a good job. However, should have checked the upper tank and it was wobbly a bit. I messaged them and ask if that's normal. A different tech came and temporary fixed it. I believe it's that type of tank that is just not steady in the upper part (top flush button) I ended up again using a towel to put behind to make it sturdy. Imagine that, a pricy toilet that uses a towel to keep the upper part sturdy. As annoying as it is to get estimates, you should definitely do that before you settle for one that's more pricy than it should have been. And all they care about is you rating them and keep asking you to rate them through email and phone.
