We searched Yelp and reached out to a few plumbers--Mike's Plumbing was by far the most responsive and was able to come out right away. Mike was professional, friendly, and got the toilet unclogged quickly. He also explained why the issue was likely to happen again due to the poor quality of the fixture. A few months later, we came home to find our hot water heater leaking--a stressful situation right before a busy weekend. We called Mike around 9pm on a Thursday, and by 10am Friday morning he was at our door with a new water heater in hand. Since he was already here, we also asked if he could replace the toilets. I wanted to wait a few hours to ensure the leak was truly resolved this time, but the owner, "Mikey," spoke to me incredibly disrespectfully, saying, "if I am done with my crap he needs the money." Literally this is what was said to me. This experience clearly highlights how money-oriented and completely lacking in customer service these people are.
