I had a serious issue where both my guest bathroom and kitchen sink were completely backed up, and then my bathtub began overflowing with a very unpleasant, sewage-like brown water. I called around 7:30 in the morning and was relieved to have someone at my home within about an hour. Ferdee, who came out was extremely professional, kind, and very patient. He carefully assessed the situation instead of rushing, making sure he fully understood the problem before starting any work. Even when the drains didn't immediately clear, he stayed committed, kept working through the issue, and ensured everything was functioning properly before he considered the job done. What really stood out was the company's attention to detail and cleanliness. Everything was handled with care, and they even provided clear instructions for disinfecting afterward, which showed a level of thoughtfulness you don't often see. Although I don't expect to need plumbing services often, I now know exactly who I can rely on. They've definitely earned my trust and will be my first call for any future plumbing needs. read more

Genuine price and great work. Replied fast and easy to negotiate. Did a great job and gave me discount for future jobs

Had an emergency water heater issue early Saturday morning and Ferdee, the owner, showed up in under an hour. That alone says a lot. He first tried the more affordable repair option to save me money, but after checking my 15-year-old unit, he honestly explained why replacing it made more sense long term. No upselling -- just real, straightforward advice. I call him "Kuya" out of respect, and he truly treated me like family. By that same afternoon, everything was installed and running perfectly. Fast, professional, and trustworthy service. Highly recommend Champ Rooter & Drain. read more

Had my water faucet replaced ( both hot and cold) connecting to the washer. Fernand did a great job at reasonable price. Good business

Quick response, understanding, doesn't mind that I was there watching. Friendly talk about life while doing his project. Had a manufactured warranty job. Willing to help and get it replaced unlike the big plumbing company. Service within next day unlike big companies took 2-3 days to get back to me then another 2-3 days to come out. Price was super reasonable. Thank you Sir. read more

Great experience. Ferdee came out, used his camera to diagnose and assess the issue and although there's no easy solution for my issue, I appreciated his time and input. Highly recommend. read more

Ferdee was amazing! First of all, I called several places last night. We had a clog somewhere in the pipes! Of course it happened at the worst time so needed to get urgent response. Ferdee was the only one who could come first thing in the morning and wouldn't charge extra fees. Also, In the midst of clearing that he fixed a couple of other things that had been causing a problem. He had a great attitude and was very efficient. We have really old pipes and when the time comes to finally upgrade them, we'll be reaching out to him again. Highly recommend! read more

TLDR: Was able to complete the work quickly, easily, and cleanly. Honestly, he exuded professionalism and care -- I trusted him. Will call again and would strongly refer! DETAILS: It was PAST 9pm and I was getting desperate to fix the kitchen sink clog and leak because I realized I couldn't do it myself. Ferdee was the first to respond among others on Yelp. (Not including those auto generated texts and unhelpful call admins, who took additional info but never called back. I want a real person to help me and diagnose and provide proposal on the first call.) Ferdee was kind, professional and accommodating! He put on shoe covers without asking and provided a quick and thorough assessment up front. We decided best course of action was to replace pipes under sink, and had them already in vehicle. He also snaked the clog pushing through the main line and ensured it worked elsewhere in house. It worked! I'm a happy customer and my family appreciates you! Thank you, Ferdee! read more

A year later we called Champ Rooter & Drain he the Owner came and made a repair on his warranty work done in our shower. The head he put on was leaking. Here we are again with a leak again from the bathroom upstairs through to downstairs. We called and left several messages and received no response. He couldn't even call us back and say he was busy?! Anyway, we had to call another plumbing company. They will be coming back for the 3rd time tomorrow because apparently they can't fix it or find it, but this is the same area Champs' so called fixed. Champ even said they performed preventative work...The leak is coming from the same area that was fixed by Champ. We paid for even extra work done by one of his employees whom replaced the damaged dry wall. The bottom line, this is poor customer service. We your company to fix this leak and it has occurred again in the same spot. This would lead one to conclude it was not properly corrected. Also, I have never heard of a repair person asking for gas money to come back and fix their work that they warranted. I will not be using him or referring him again. read more

Arrived from work Friday night and found my sister helping my Dad and my brother in law cleaning up what was then a flooded bathroom few hours ago ! My parents bathroom was leaking huge amount of water from the water pipe that connects to toilet tank . The next morning Saturday I made myself busy looking for a plumber , called several plumbing companies and was so frustrated that the earliest available was Monday afternoon . I've decided to look for plumbers at YELP and found several , the very first one that I called was CHAMP rooter and drain , Ferdie was very helpful and really understood my present situation he was willing to help immediately . I've told him that we want to replaced the toilet bowl as well aside from the leakage from the plumbing that needs to get fixed. He said he can be at my house that afternoon with the brand new toilet bowl , he'll get an elongated shaped bowl suitable for Seniors and disabled person ( my father is 90 year old ) . Ferdie arrived on time and went straight and did his magic , after less than an hour and half he was all done , my Parents have a brand new toilet bowl and a fixed plumbing . He charged very reasonable and even gave me a discount as a first time costumer . Very satisfied costumer highly recommended !! read more

The owner, Ferdi, called back immediately and came out within a couple of hours while the storm was still going strong. The owner, Furdie, seems very nice and friendly, but I was very disappointed that he didn't show up for our scheduled appointment at two. We waited an hour later to call him to see if he was going to come but with no response. We decided to leave our house because we had a lot of things that we need to take care of before our new renter comes in, and he shows up at four when we're not at home without a valid explanation. It would've been nice if he had contacted us if he was running late so that way we could've planned accordingly, but I feel like we've spent half the day wasting our time waiting for him, only for him to show up hours later when we've already left the house. Time is crucial for us as we have a packed schedule trying to fix the house before our tenants move in, so I was throughly disappointed when we haven't seen any sign of him, nor heard anything after an attempt to contact him, only to find that he shows up hours later. As a new business I think it's crucial to take the client's schedule seriously, and to be timely to the appointment as it's a two way thing here. I understand things happen, but clear communication is necessary when trying to have a successful business. read more
