The is the second time I have had to call for a repair of an electrical problem and the same Dalcon technician came to the house. He was an excellent worker. He was clean, professional and polite. He wore shoe covers. He quickly assessed the problem and let me know what it would cost. He did an excellent job and we have had no further problems with the outlets. I wanted to replace 4 light fixtures around my house, and I am very pleased with the service from Dalcon. The appointment was easy and straightforward to schedule using their website, and communication from the company was consistent. They sent a text and email to confirm my appointment date and arrival window, then sent me another text on the day of when the technician was on their way and estimated time of arrival. Kenneth was prompt, professional, and friendly. After a quick walk through, I was given a straightforward quote and he got right into removing my existing fixtures. He was attentive to detail such as making sure my fixture was going the direction I wanted, and also let me know some things he noticed with my existing wiring to keep an eye on. Kenneth worked quickly and helped me to clean up and toss out the packaging for the new lights and the old fixtures when he was done. My unit had three loose outlets that needed fixing so stumbled upon the business on google. The entire process with them and Kenneth (Ken), the electrician, was great. My partner called them on Monday and they were able to send someone for a FREE consultation the next day. Prior to the electrician's arrival, we were given a courtesy call of his ETA. Kenneth arrived as scheduled and inspected the problematic outlets. He clearly explained that they couldn't be tightened and would need to be replaced. At the time of this review, it was $77 per outlet. We decided to have them swapped the same day and he was very professional and friendly. I recently had my older house upgraded for electric. This was my second house improvement. I used Dalcon Electric. I booked on line and got a reply in a few days. Ken came out to talk to me and I told him that there were 2 outlets that were not working. He checked them and told me that the house needed a upgrade. I was not surprised. I asked him for an estimate and he said he would get me one . I got one in 2 days . He came back to check the house again and told me how the work was going to be. 2-3 weeks or more . The work started the following Monday. He and another worker Christian came and prepared for the work . I was very impressed with them. Courteous and very professional. They explained what they would do and showed me was was done at the end of the day I was happy with the job they did . The drywall worker George did a great job also. If you can ever get in touch with them, they're fine (although in my experience, at the pricier end of the spectrum). Twice, when I made appointments, nobody showed up during the window of time they supplied. This gets really frustrating, given that electrical repairs are generally time sensitive, and I have to make arrangements to be home during the time window that was agreed. Their "AI representative" is terrible, and can do only one thing: make an appointment. Count me as a disappointed customer! read more

In a day and age where customer service is an illusion this company breaks that notion. From my first encounter with the scheduler Charlette who replied to my inquiry after 5 PM and promptly set up an estimate to the technicians who installed my bathroom lighting everything was professional and service was delivered promptly and in good order. I could not ask for better service. I believe that the cost for the work was fair and a decent value. They offer discounts (see their web site). I am a believer in you get what you pay for.
