I reached out to several electricians for a quote to replace a bathroom light and fan that stopped working. Mauricio from All Pro was among the first to reply and did not immediately dismiss the request as some of the others I reached out to had. He asked about the issue, provided a very fair quote and advised me on which new light and fan unit to purchase. I visited Home Depot to purchase the replacement and texted photos to Mauricio to ensure I purchased the correct one. Mauricio visited my home the next day. Before the agreed upon time, he called to let me know he was running late and called again when he was on the way. I appreciated the communication. Mauricio found the fan I purchased was too small and I asked if he could return the next day after I purchased the correct size. He let me know he would be okay to wait and finish the work if I could make a quick swap at Home Depot. After getting the correct item, Mauricio began the install. During the course of the work, he noticed some other electrical issues. He let me know what he found and I asked if he would be able to fix the issues. Mauricio was great! He was able to come the same day as my request a quote and replaced a kitchen light in less than 30 minutes. He responded to my request a quote quickly and asked me to give him a call so he could better assess what the issue was (all other RAQ responses also asked for more info to confirm what the issue was). I've had additional outlets installed for an audio system 2 years ago by All Pro and that was done quickly and reasonably. Last week, I had a bank of outlets fail in the garage. Mauricio traced the fault to a master bath outlet that shared a circuit with an outlet I used to charge a Tesla 3.
