We hired Alex to install a ceiling fan and replace the garage lights. Because we have a vaulted ceiling, the troubleshooting and installation were more complicated than usual. We were in dyer need of an electrician asap. My husband is a firefighter, wasn't home, & out of NOWHERE, my washer, freezer and fridge, all in my garage quit working, (most importantly my peloton). Alex, the owner, came to assess our electric situation (they do free consultations by the way!) and he was very accommodating. We had intended to fix some outlets only but he suggested inserting a dedicated outlet in the room we were trying to fix up. We were planning to plug in many electronics so this was a great suggestion to not trip the breaker. Then when he realized our breaker was old (the original that came with a very old house), he suggested a replacement. Since this wasn't in our plan, he decided to send over 3 possible estimates: 1 for outlets only, another with the dedicated breaker added, and the last for all three options. Since the breaker was out our budget, I asked if we could do some kind of payment plan and Alex was open to it, which was great. Come the day of installation, he sent over his journeyman Luis, who was so nice and very quick at the job! Alex and his team really went above and beyond to understand my needs and what I wanted to do (installing an EV Charger, converting outlets to make projects easier, adding new lines and outlets for a sauna and cold plunge area, and more).
