Cons: it's a crowded location, in a crowded parking lot, far off in the corner of the Livermore outlets mall. It's fine if you're going to the mall anyway. But not really, because it's all the way off in one corner, so it's really only convenient walking distance to the east side of the mall. You could walk to the other side, but then because it's a crowded station when you get the notice from Tesla that you have to come rescue your car within five minutes or start incurring additional charges, if you're not close by, get ready to run fast! Also, a garbage and recycling can nearby would be nice.

But, right outside their front gate is the Discovery Center. The Discovery Center is a small museum that gives you a brief introduction to the lab and what they do. They have hands on and interactive exhibits for children to play with. Most of the exhibits were well maintained. It is an interesting way to spend an hour. The staff, at least on the day were there, was fantastic. Since we were the only ones there, she almost gave us a personalized tour to explain some of the exhibits and talk about the lab and what they do. They have an easy scavenger hunt for children with a nice t-shirt as a prize. They are pretty generous with the scavenger hunt and let children of all ages play. The museum is priced just right for most Yelpers. It is free! It's a nice place, with not a lot of visitors.

First time-- the employee just walked up to our car with no greeting and just stared at us. Assuming she wanted the 4 digit pick up code. So we showed it to her and asked that she put it in our trunk. One of the items was a door hanging mirror. She literally placed it in the trunk, yelled "it doesn't fit" and walked away. Uhhh what!? -- the mirror fit, literally just had to push it into the trunk. (We have an SUV btw). Second time-- she walks up to our window again and stares at us. No greeting. We show the code and ask her to put it in the trunk-- she literally tosses the bags in the trunk and walks away. No usual target friendly greeting or goodbye. No broken goods thankfully were bought but the goods were all over our trunk when we got home (we live very close by). Third time-- same awkward non-greeting. We show the code-- she tosses the bag into our passenger rear window and walks away. -___- Not sure how target assesses employee customer service but please, train your employees more.

Today we were waiting in line for 15 minutes early in the morning to take advantage of the reduced price hours, and had to come back because none of the 3 actual functioning spots were done charging.

It cost me $20 to get to full here from less than half. It usually would cost me $10-$15 but go figure... that's Bay Area pricing for you. I just wanted to check out this place while in town for a friend's wedding and before driving to the Oakland zoo in a few hours. Glad I stopped by to see a white wrapped Cybertruck in the showroom and a couple fingerprint magnets parked outside. The wrapped one was clean for sure! Plus, they don't charge an hourly parking like Valley Fair and Santana Row in Santa Clara. They have a good selection of stores like Great Mall mixed with Valley Fair. I barely shop for clothes here, but the food selection is good. I recommend getting a soft serve taiyaki from iSee Cream, cute boba drinks from Ume Tea, and the original boba shop Quickly. Not much dine-in restaurants in here since it's three big American chains and one new ramen restaurant. I like there's a mini work from home office next to the restroom on the second floor. Their WiFi is free to use. Some areas are a bit empty. There's also a DMV service, but I don't think they offer full service like getting a license. Overall it's nice to walk around with lots of available parking. It's even conveniently located near the BART station.
