These guys are the best! Artem installed a few garage lights for us last year. I text him a video of the scope of work and he responded with an estimate. He did the work just as he said he would. Lights look great and garage kept clean. We had him come back to install a dedicated outlet for a treadmill last week and he did a great job again. I highly recommend his services. Great job!!! read more

I honestly don't know how much I can recommend Lilais. Artem has been working on my house since I moved in in August 2024. He has worked on every room in the house, here's a list of excellent work he's done: Hanging new light fixtures in the kitchen Installing new recessed lights everywhere adding outlets (all bathrooms) Updating light switch panels, replacing doors, Installing tv mounts, Mounting huge mirrors, shelves, Installing ADA compliant shower grab bars Installing roller blinds Updating cabinetry, Replacing bathroom vents Hanging stuffed animal hammocks So yes. Literally everything single thing in the house he has either worked on or will be working on. The electrical work is excellent, and he's fast. Highly highly recommended. read more

Had to get a ceiling fan replaced. Had a wonderful experience getting this done from Liliac electric. They were very professional prompt and pleasant to work With. read more

I highly recommend Lilais Construction. Artem is incredibly responsive and professional. The other electricians were slow to respond, and their prices were outrageous. I had four of my bathroom fixtures installed with power outlets for bidets. The estimate was reasonable, and the work was done exceptionally well. Artem came to my house to assess the job and provided me with a detailed price breakdown. The work was completed in a single day, and he worked tirelessly until the job was finished--it was truly remarkable. read more

Saw great reviews on Yelp. Reached out about some minor electrical work including camera install and video doorbell wiring. He responded quickly asking for a bunch of pictures and descriptions of everything. Spent time taking all of the pictures he requested and detailing everything he asked about. Then he ghosted me. If you don't want the project no problem. Don't respond back asking for a bunch of information and then not even acknowledge that I went through the process of collecting it all for you. read more

Artem was such a find! I plan to use him again soon, and I would prefer to keep him a secret, but he deserves a good review. He was prompt, communicative, reasonably priced, and cleaned up after himself (even brought his own vacuum for the dust and painted the wall to match!). read more

Artem responded quickly and was available to do an on-site assessment of my project on the very same day. That allowed him to do an accurate estimate of the level of effort that would be needed and to price it accordingly. He was thus able to do the job for less than the estimates given by others that tried to evaluate the project remotely. The work was excellent and done quickly at a time that was convenient to me. Artem is now first on my shortlist for local handymen. Many thanks! read more

A circuit breaker for my sunroom tripped and it wouldn't reset. I called Lilais and the lady asked for the picture of my electric panel. Artem was right on time and fixed in no time. He didn't just replace the breaker but he inspected thoroughly of what happened and what have cause it. His price was reasonable. I would definitely call him again for any future electrical issues in my house. I highly recommend him. read more

Artem is incredible! He responded quickly to an emergency call for help as we had lost power in the main bathroom and surrounding outlets. He was professional, diligent, careful, and skilled. He was able to get the problem fixed as he's clearly a skilled and knowledgeable electrician. And he didn't take advantage of our stressful, time sensitive situation. We absolutely recommend Artem as an electrician--he's a true gem. From here on out, he will be the electrician we call for help. read more

A breaker in my sub panel tripped and I had no power in my garage. I tried to flip the breaker back to the on position but it will just flipped back off immediately. I posted my issue on Yelp looking for electrician, several people/companies responded with their cost for initial visit. Artem from Lilais construction texted me and ask for a picture of my sub panel and my main panel and asked me a few questions. Upon seeing the picture and hearing more details, he told me to try turning off the bracket first until I hear a click before turning it back to the on position. I am not sure why this breaker has a middle position(unlike the other breakers I have), if I don't turn it all the way to off position first, I couldn't turn in back on. Just like that, Artem fixed my problem over the phone. What a nice guy; someone with the knowledge and kindness to give 10 minutes of his time. I have sent pictures to other electricians I was talking to, no one was willing to put in the time to look before coming out on-site with a minimum of $150. Thank you Artem, I will be sure to save your company number if I need an electrician in the future. read more

Could not recommend them more! We recently had the power go out and it was extremely hot and they responded back instantly even though it was ~9pm. He walked us through multiple steps on the phone, provided pictures, and got us up and running even though it was too late to visit. He did this expecting no payment and said it was up to us which we of course did. Great value. Will definitely come back to them in the future for any issues! read more

Artem was able to get my front door opening and closing with ease and fix the bolt lock, which had been stuck. Took about 30 minutes and then he was able to finish another project I needed done. Very friendly and knowledgeable and he showed up with all the tools needed for the job (which should be standard but I once had a handyman ask to borrow my tape measurer and a pencil because he didn't have one). I'd hire him again. read more

The MacGyver of handymen! For those that don't get the MacGyver reference, he was a genius character in a tv series that would ingeniously devise ways to resolve complex situations . Tim (Artem) does the same for things that need fixing at home. He fixed a shed whose door hinge was broken and parts no longer were available from the manufacturer. He also fixed a recliner sofa which was not reclining. It's hard to find someone with his skillset. Awesome work! read more

Artem did excellent work for my lock replacement. Even Though it was a little more complicated than expected (and he did not charge more), he still spent extra time at the end to make sure everything was fine. My family was wrapping up dinner on Saturday afternoon and when we went to run the dishwasher... nothing. Checked the breaker, switched it back and forth, sparks flew then nothing. We weren't sure what to do, so I went on yelp and sent out some inquiries to local electricians. All of them showed they were closed for the weekend so I was prepared to have to wait. However, Artem texted the next morning , on a Sunday, and asked for photos of the problem. He then proceeded to walk me through some troubleshooting to see if I could resolve the problem myself. When none of the options worked, Artem offered to come out in the next hour. I was so grateful that he was willing to help us on his day off (learned this while he was here). The assessment and fix was quick and well done. Thank you so much for the great service! read more

Artem was very helpful in debugging an electric issue. He did his diagnostics and figured out a solution to replace my circuit breaker. When I ran into the same problem again the next day, he showed up with a last min notice and figured out that there was an unreliable connection that was not built per code which maybe causing an issue. He fixed it temporarily and suggested the work that needs to be done for the permanent fix. He was very responsive and reliable. read more
